Dylanm seemed like a reasonable player to this point

question is - given that i have raised utg - can i shove here and get 2:1 on my flip? If so how mnay times will it work

I actually folded - as i think good players can flat AA here to induce my shove given the effective stacks

But against typical $33 opposition - would you reshove?

you're only raising another 3400 into 4800, there are very few, if any hands that dylanm passes here. on top of that, one would assume that he would isolate with marginal hands and is more likely to cold call the all in with hands that crush you. you're in reasonable shape against the shortstack but shoving here is a terrible play. i assume that dylanm turned over something daft like 44 and you were wondering if you could make him pass - i think this is never going to happen.

How many runners?

If there's 5,000+ I like the shove more than if it's a 180 man comp.

Just pass and sigh when they both show shit hands.

Oppo is never passing here even if he's got 23o because he's got the price to call.

AQ isn't likely to be a favourite.

There's a slight chance you could be ahead of TURK but dylan has a pair or AQ+

If you're lucky you're up against 2 underpairs but even then you've got to hit and also fade a 40% chance of one of them hitting a set.

I was 100% sure I was ahead of the turk - he had been playing to double thru or go bust

it was the 10k daily with aout 350 runners

Turk 99

dylanm TT

I'm not 4-betting here. After seeing the hands though it doesn't look like Dylan is trap calling with TT. I think a shove forces him out of the hand (mibbe not though) but I can't see the shove working enough to be profitable as we are up against AK/JJ+ so often and these hands are not folding.

It looks like a fairly straightforward fold to me.

but then, most hands do.

i presume dylanm is calling without a plan for what happens when you shove, he'll most likely shrug and call imo. insta-fold, i never think about raising here
