Why do the hands & feet absorb water though?

I typed that exact phrase into google, and:

its something called: Osmosis....which is the movement of water from one area to another. Water moves out from your hands and feet and makes them wrinkly. The difference between hands & feet..and other body parts, is that your hands and feet have an extra layer of skin.

Now you know.

I know him, works in the kebab, owes me a tenner.

What was Thursday's weigh-in results Girgy?

Right sorry i havnt updated this thread since last week! I punched a hole accidently dropped my laptop and bust the screen so its off to the repairers!

Last Thursdays weigh in results are as follows...

Last Weeks Weight: 22st 12lbs

This Weeks Weight: 22st 6lbs

This Weeks Loss: 6lbs

Total Loss: 1st 1lb

I feel pleased with that after a weekend down at DTD but since i have returned i have not done much exercise and a few bad habits are creeping back into my diet. I think this thursdays weigh in will be a little dissapointing but i am gonna put that right by going for a walk on wednesday and thursday mornings! Hope this little glitch will be a kick up the arse for me!

1 month to the blonde bash and DTD so im gonna kick on starting in the morning!

Flame away guys  Sad

Eh? Walking is a great form of exercise. Girgy is 22st + Running is the last thing he needs to be doing at the moment. I'm 16st and if i had to run for 5 mins as fast as i could, i prob wouldn't want to run again for a fortnight, besides i might drop my kebab if i run too fast.

Keep up the good work Girgy. Doing well imo.

If any human just went out and legged it for 5minutes they'd collapse. Look at the state of usain bolt after running for less than 10seconds. He can hardly talk for 5minutes after...
