gl mate
not easy losing weight one thing that might help which i think is a pretty good advice.
like most fat ppl they eat fast (including me) just take your time and chew ur food properly. it will make u feel more full so you wont have to eat as much. and try and keep everything balanced dont eat a redic amount of meat too.

Slacked off a bit last week after a pretty bad week!
My car broke down last saturday and i was involved in an accident on motorway last monday! No excuse to not do any exercise but i just felt like shit and was worried over the accident as my job was possibly on the line (even though it wasnt my fault) and i was also trying to sort a car out!
Just bought some new electronic scales today and ive been weighed an im gonna start my new weigh in's on a sunday.
My weight stands an 22st 6lbs.
Going to get back on my diet and exercise 2moro and kick on as its 3 weeks to BB8.
My goal is to be 21st by BB8 so thats a stone and half in 3 weeks!

I went back to training tonight, honestly if you struggle with motivation there is nothing better than having a guy with a black belt with 4 white stripes on it telling you what to do.
[ ] He went easy on me as I havent done any exercise for a year [ ] He let me stop [ ] Ill be able to walk tomorrow [ ] I dont like knowing Ive just more in 2 hours than I would do in 5 trips to the gym

Girgy and Donk - just set your mind to it, and you'll achieve your goals. I'm sure posting on here will help, even if it's just through peer pressure to get off your arse and do something.
