I heard that's what Kin tries to do when he wrestles fights with other men.

Edit: Just seen that's two J's. Apols.

Is that why you keep challenging me to a wrestling match?  Unfortunately, the rumours aren't true.

I weighed myself last week and was shocked to see that I was up to 10st8. This figure might not sound much, but given that I'm only 5ft6, and that a few months ago I was about 9st10, it's actually quite an increase. Add to the fact a few people have mentioned that I seem to have put on weight.

Something must be done!

So, my plans are: less alcohol, less takeaways, less sugary drinks, less poker (pointless live £20 games etc), more fruit, healthier food, etc.

Was reading an interesting article on the merits of walking vs running. http://www.runnersworld.com/article/0,7120,s6-242-304-311-8402-0,00.html

tl;dr version: running one mile burns twice as many calories as walking one mile. you can run approx twice as fast as you can walk. therefore running burns 4 times as many calories per hour as walking.

With that in mind I've just used google maps to plan myself a route to run. I've come up with a 3 mile route, with the latter part being significantly uphill. Gonna grab some lunch and head off in an hour or so Smiley

was reading an interesting article in wankers weekly on the merits of picking your nose vs masturbating

tl;dr version: masturbating for one hour burns up 4 times as many calories as nose picking

with this in mind I've just been down the shops and bought 3 porn mags and a box of tissues. Gonna grab some handcream and get cracking in an hour or so Smiley

As expected, seeing as i've not exercised in god knows how long, that was quite hard work. Had to walk a bit of it towards the end up the hill. Still, 3 miles in 40 minutes isn't terrible for a first effort.
