Just back from they gym  Did 36 minutes today covering 3.7km and burning 460 calories. Gonna go for a swim tonight and again in the morning as i think Friday night is going to be a heavy one! Saturday il be playing football at the bash! (Well you will find me in a corner with a little pile of sick infront of me after the first burst!) |

Last night was one of the best nights i have had out for a long time!!
Finished work at 6pm and headed home to get changed and drove to CF's in Leeds! From there We met Stu, Evilpie, Longy, Eck, Jackally,aand a few more...
Hit some pubs then met Claw, Iron and the rest at the Dry Dock! After the dry dock we hit OK Karaoke!
I think my rendition of Mr Brightside by the Killers went down well!
After Karaoke some of us went to Strip Club! GG CF after losing at pool he had to buy me a dance wiiiiiiiiii
After the strip club we headed to Alea! Spun £50 upto £190 Wiiiiiiiiiiii
Me and CF then headed to Gala Casino for a bite to eat before getting in around 5.45am!
I was up at 8.30am this morning getting ready for football!
Football Sure went well!
I then collected my gear from CF's and headed to the gym for a swim and a steam room to freshen up!
Im currently at home! Feel good to take down the poker today!!
