Cold update......

Its clearing up now. Gonna go to the gym tomorrow night and have asteam room to sweat the last of it out of me so all being well i shud be back on it on Saturday.

Checked my weight this morning and ive lost 1lb since monday so hoping to crack on with this when im 100%!

presumably kin means if you've got a chesty cough with it then you shouldn't train.

If you want to train stick with the walking while you're ill.

That's a good point.  But I wasn't necessarily saying go to the gym.  There's lots of training, like the walking bit you mentioned, that he can do outside the gym.
