So 10 Pints of Guinness = 2100 Calories
As many of you can vouch for, when I consume 10 pints of Guinness im not full of energy, Im pretty fucked.

Sorry about lack of update....
Had a good session in the gym on thursday as i had the day off work. I did 45 minutes on the treadmill and also some weights. Then had a swim and finished off in the steam room.
Thursday 3rd December
Breakfast 11.30am
Scrambled Eggs and beans on Toast
(2 eggs/2 yolks, half tin beans on 2 slices of wholemeal toast/no butter)
Tea 5.00pm
Steak
Boiled Potatoes
Veg (sprouts and sweede/carrot)
Drinks
2 bottles of Coke Zero and quite a few bud's and some spirits.
