I did this a little while back for some lads on another forum Girgy, some links down there that'll see you right m8
This site tells you a bit about almost every Casino/Hotel in Vegas. Although some of the info is a little dated, on the whole it's pretty accurate with the insight to each establishment.

Flights and Package sites
www.skyscanner.netWill give you the best price on flights available in different varieties, both direct and with stops as filtered by you. Very easy to use and sources from almost every airline.
www.ebookers.comwww.expedia.co.ukYou can often find a good value 'Flight & Hotel' package using the above two sites. I found 12 nights at the IP for £830 26th June to the 7th July looking on ebookers.
Hotels
I've stayed at quite a few hotels on the strip and off for varying periods of time over the last few years so will post some links for booking then give my opinions on the ones I have stayed in.
www.harrahs.comThis will give you an idea of the figures you will pay for each hotel in the Harrahs chain. If you can then find it cheaper anywhere else on the net they will match the price.
http://www.i4vegas.com/http://www.bestofvegas.com/hotels/These are all worth a hunt round to price up your trip and should give you a good indication of what the cost is gonna be. There are often good deals on the last link there giving discounts. Langers and Pete got 25% off there hotel last year I believe for booking early.
www.priceline.comPriceline might be something some of you may be interested in as it's a bit of a gamble. You enter in the type of hotel you want and the location. 5* 4* 2* etc. it picks one out and you stay there at a discounted rate. I've not done it but could be worth a go if that floats your boat.
www.smartervegas.comSmartervegas has some good deals with discounts at a ton of Vegas hotels. Always worth a look around before you book anywhere, you might just save an extra few bucks!!
