PIN reminder If you require a reminder of your Sky viewing PIN, please follow the steps below: 1. Press interactive on your Sky remote control. 2. Using the up/down arrows, select Sky Active and press select. 3. Using the left/right arrows, select Help Centre and press select. 4. Using the up/down arrows, select Sky PIN reminder and press select. 5. Follow the on-screen instructions to find your PIN. Please note that this service is only available if you pay your Sky bill using Direct Debit or automatic credit card payments. Your Sky box will connect online at a freephone rate to provide you with your PIN reminder. To reset your PIN: 1. Sign into www.sky.com/mysky. 2. it's the lLAST 4 digits of your viewing card BTW..not the first 4

Oh and if phoning and going through the IVR (nrs you have to press) just keep pressing the customer service one
08442 411 411 (UK) is their tel nr..Surely if you press any option often enough (for general cust support) you will get through to a person?

viewing card number changed when got new viewing card pin number didnt and no idea what old view card number was |
