Play begins at 2pm. Expecting a bigger field today, so things will be busy

In the meantime, while I wend my way down the M1, on at J12 past Toddington services and then the straight section with Dunstable and the North Downs on my right, Luton and Leagrave and the Vauxhall factory on my left, before turning off at J11 and along Hatters way behind the football ground, up the dual carriageway past the Days Inn and into the car Park

Please consider this:

Jeff Kimber made it through yesterday and returns tomorrow. He asked on his facebook this morning for his friends to make suggestions for what he could do with a completely free day in Luton.

What would you suggest to him?

First mistake Tighty. Come off at J10, & you are 2 minutes from the G, (not quicker, but a more aesthetically pleasing route in) & go past Stockwood Park on the way, which, as Kev suggests, is uplifting for all sorts of reasons. They have a Golf Course, Riding Stables, Vehicle Musuem, & a Bee Garden. Yes, a Bee Garden.

Aesthetically you are correct but I rather got in the habit during the major roadworks of leaving at J11 as the congestion so often began before J10. Of course also the view of the Kenilworth Road main stand from the rear has its attractions too.

I will though begin to use J10's turn off, now I am less likely to be stung by delays

It's probably an old sign which should read "beer garden", either that or Banksy's about.

How do the bees lift all the equipment? Bit heavy for bees surely?

Don't underestimate bees. Life would be very different without them. Industrious things, bees. Busy, even.

Worser ways of spending a couple of hours and it's all done at a good pace. But ultimately pretty forgetable imo.
Last Chance Harvey still my number one movie of 2009 imo.

Does it put an end to excessive arm hairyness?

Oops - now there's an accident waiting to happen, if ever I saw one!

Obligatory blonde live update Andreas Hoivold photograph. We can all sleep tonight happily in the knowledge that my primary role for today has been fulfilled

Next to him is Paul Crowson, from Wisbech. Andreas may not be aware of what is about to hit him.

Lol - I wonder what language Andreas will think Fenman Paul is conversing in?

And making moves on Fenman is not a wise idea. He is East Anglia's very own Albert.

no seat draw yet. In the meantime.......

Will Martin is down to 3500 chips

He raiseD pre and got called from seat 1.

Flop was Q--10--4

Will leads and is called

Turn 8...Will bets 1,000 and a call

River blank. Will checks....Seat 1 bets 1500, Will makes it 3500 and Seat 1 pushes allin....

Will eventually passes showing 4--4

Seat 1 mucks and scoops a nice pot 3rd hand in
