Walking down the street this afternoon I decided to buy myself a nice snack. I fancied a bar of chocolate but instead I figured I should have something a bit healthier. I went into the health shop nearby to look for a nutty bar but I found what looked like the perfect thing. It was a pack of cappuccino flavoured sweets with no sugar and no artificial ingredients. To my surprise they tasted really good and it wasn't long until I'd scoffed the lot.

Then I had a look at the packet to find out what the ingredients were. That's where I saw the warning: 'excessive comsumption has a laxative effect'. It turns out that 3 sweets counts as excessive and the whole pack contained about 20. FML.

2 hours later and I'm in full flow. I'm considering moving the TV to the bathroom. On the bright side, I can eat lots of tasty cakes for dinner safe in the knowledge that they will be calorie free.

Was the double meaning in the thread title intentional?
