What next Boldie? A series of fines for foul play? £50k for a dive, £20k for shirt pulling, £15k for time wasting. £2k for falsely trying to claim a corner/throw in/goal kick?
TBH, I think diving is much more of a problem than shirtpulling or time wasting. Sandy Behave........... have you seen some of them? Uglier than a South African 800m runner! |

was it? I've not seen it yet as I was travelling but listening to it on radio 5 they said about 25 times that there was no foul but never once metioned a dive. could've been biased commentary though I guess |

Diving players are ego-centric cheats. Therefore the powers that be should bring in a radical but simple stipulation. The player adjudged to have been fouled is not allowed to take the penalty.

so in the majority of cases where a penalty is correctly given you're going to dictate to a team who can and cannot take pens? not going to work |
