Are 14 tourneys in a day the norm for MTT pros?  It seems like a helluva lot to me.  btw - wp.

lol depends who you are.  if you're lazy like me dempsey and eames its like 10-12.

if your rooks or moorman its like 40.

Liking this so far.

Thinking you've got the right idea. Trying to keep the beats off the thread and just doing it for a finite length of time.

Run goot

Hi Flushy

What is the average buy in of these events ? I am assuming Sundays you play all the big ones but i am interested in what you play the rest of the week and is there a minimum buy in value or do you look for big guarantees / overlays regardless of buy in ?

Cheers

Totals are good but would be great to see individual buy ins and no. of rebuys.

Not for the whole months but just occasionally.

Looking forward to reading this. Well done on day 1.

14 is on the low side, usually it would be low 20's. Low doesnt mean lazy day though usually its because i have gone deep in a few so unreg the late ones. Anytime i play just 10-14 means i probably won on the day.

Average is around $250, will work it out week by week for the sake of this diary though.

I very rarely find any overlays worth playing as i stick to the 4 majors. The buyins are usually 100f+ 30r+ with the occasional 75f thrown in and even a 50f i space becomes available, i try to stay away from the 1k's as they are quite tough and so late that i am a million to win by that time. Obviously this month it will be a bit different with the WCOOP, this is the month of the year to run good!

I will post todays raw data tomorrow so you can see how it breaks down. Have deleted the rebuy data but they should be fairly obv, eg 509 is 100r that cost 500.

How "professional" are you in relation to upcoming comps?  Do you know what you are playing Sunday already?
Have you litreally written this month off socially due to WCOOP?
Will you struggle with a whole month of 4am or later finishes?

Thanks for doing this nice idea for a thread, Run like the sun as they say.
