start...,,,search,,,all files and folder,,,taskmgr.exe

it will show it in the list, it's about 120 kb. stop the search once it's found it.

you need to rename it.

just click the name once, then type 'bob' as a new name. Double click this 'bob' file.

The virus is watching the name of programs you're running, this workaround sometimes does the trick...

with vista when i type in all files and folders in search it comes back with ..

I  changed system restore name to bob but  TS wouldnt let me open it

If you have Mozilla firefox try using it instead, or downloading it:


I guess it may not let you run it though.

With whatever browswer, pref Firefox, run an online virus scan:

1st 2 needed java update which wouldnt let me do

3rd 1 is scanning  now
