Bit of an unusual bet size faced on a pretty good flop for me, what do i do , what has villain got?

What kind of sngs are these?

Depending on the answer, I would call or raise pre. As played I would get them in, given this thread is here I am guessing villian shows aa or kk.

I would raise A-I now.  He has already doubled up by the look of it, playing loose/fast.  He will show up with a weaker Q/underpair more often than AA/KK/AQ, be brave, lets double up...
