Can't think of his name, sorry. We spoke a few weeks back in Luton, but I'm buggered if I can remember. I know he plays on SP. I think.

Pretty sure that's Aaron Fisher. Northampton/Luton reg.

Made a DTD £300 FT recently and ppl kept comparing him to ChipRich iirc.

London generally caters for big cash game player very well, but a bit shit for anyone used to 1/2 or 2/4. Heard about some enormous action at the barracuda and palm beach lately, oh to be multi. Literally, u would need to be multi to be rolled for those games.

Yeah I thought it was Chiprich.

I believe he is one of Richard's cousins whom hail from Luton/Northampton.

The similarity is astounding.

Was he the one who went to Marbella to be a dealer?

Edit: oh no that actually was Rich.

this is Bambos and De wolfes cash game with a £50k min sit down, they have a curtained off table which is a lovely high end table that cost them a few grand

The capacity for most of the comps at the Vic during this festival is 150. It's not about saying go away, its about balancing a decent sized tournament with an existing cash game business. If we were to up the fields to 250 there would be a significant number of cash game regulars who would think they were being told to go away.
The Vic has over 40 of the best quality full time dealers, far more than anywhere else in the uk. There is good selection of small games. Usually way more than big games.

Despite the fact that the govt takes 50% of gross revenues and the room now runs at a significant loss, the management of the Vic are commited to keeping the room open. The wages and working conditions of the dealers are probably better than any other room in london. Despite the taxation, quality will not be compromised when it comes to dealing standards. We will only employ the best.

The structures at the Vic's festival are excellent. Starting stacks good but not excessive - 6k to 10k for the freezeouts and mostly run with a 45 minute clock.

The fact that so many people have chosen to play in the 1k at the empire is not because they like the idea of a 3k starting stack. It is because it is the world series. Obviously some people like it, but i'd hazard a guess that most people dont.

I would venture my agreement.
