Dunno if I've missed something, but if what happened with the chip dumping is true its only fair he raises the point isn't it?

sneaking off behind their backs to write about his friends integrity on the internet cos he's too much of a muppet to say anything to them in real life, yeah sounds fair to me

in any serious game I'd agree.  This situation is akin to a Premier league footballer cheating a bit in a knockabout in the park with his mates on a Sunday afternoon imo

chip dumping  i assume was duke trying to get knocked out rather that to cheat
the right  move was to speak ip at time not on a blog

Whatever the rights and wrongs, this mob mentality makes me feel a tad uncomfortable.

Think I must have interpreted the thread, I just thought it was about how, as a community,  we remain very much together and will continue to do so. Don't want to upset no one. xx

Don't worry Maureen, I'm just flapping my metaphorical lips about. just like everyone else.

In fact, the winner of the signed Doyle Brunson book has offered his prize to be used to raise a few quid

Can I start the bidding at £30 for the Reece fund if Mond has been so kind?

As many of you know, Ger is my friend.  We spend a good deal of time together throughout the year.  Not just at blonde bashes.  And he is FAR from a cheat.  He's one of the most kindest generous people you would ever want to meet.

As for poker, he takes great pride in taking every chip off even small children.  If he can...just ask my daughters.  At the same time, he's well able to laugh off being the first knocked out.  Poker is fun for him, regardless of where and who.  I have strong suspicions that his conversation with Joobs (who is also just out for a laugh) was exactly that...a laugh.  And a largely misunderstood laugh from Bainn's point of view.

If there was truly a tale to tell, Bainn should have spoken up there and then.  To come out with such rubbish after the fact is cowardly at the very least and I'm doing everything in my power to keep calm with over a week about this.  Hiding behind a keyboard is something we always harp on about.  I'm afraid I won't be feeling pity for him or anyone who pulls that stunt when it comes back to bite them.  And I'm also not afraid to say exactly what I think to his face if our paths should ever cross again.

And breeeeeeeeeeeathe.

Apologies to the rest of you, but that's how I feel about it.

Put me down for £35 for the book.  xx
