No more railing on Crypto afraid, Observer chat has been disabled unless you now have $1000 (£573) in your account, whilst on cash tables it's been fully disabled. Sad

I feel bad about this, because a few days ago, I made the final table of the $4k, but for entirety of whilst I was on, I received a torrent of abuse for about 20 minutes from some random guy, I didn't know him, maybe I put him out on a bad beat or something. Anyway, after I went out, I decided to PM bobby1 to see if I could make a complaint against him. I hope this didn't help acclerate the implementation to this policy of only the wealthy now being allowed to speak in observer chat, if it has, then I do apologise.

Not happy with that, railing, if gentle support is given, is harmless and fun.
Stars may have a happy meduim whereby you have to have the value of the buy in to rail.

I think $1000 is a bit steep. Usually the idiots who abuse people have $0 in their accounts and just get off with abusing random people.

So theres no chat at all on the cash games?? i do feel thats a bit over the top. Surely they could have made it that you need to have £200 in your account to chat in cash.

Maybe bobby1 could leave a message to clarify exactly the terms from now on?

No, there's no observer chat.

I have to say this is ridiculous. If observer chat is bothering anyone that much it take 3 clicks of the mouse to disable it on crypto. Let people make their own decisions

Stars and Full Tilt have a feature where you can turn observer chat off but still have the table chat. I think that all sites should have this.

so seeing as you already have the option why force this stupid new rule on everyone? I really don't understand
