First thing I did was chop the tomatoes and place them in the pan with some boiling water. Lid on and let them simmer away.

Then I cut the garlic/ginger/chills. Throw them in. Throw the spices. Some more water. Some olive oil. Salt/papper. Balsamic vinegar, worchester sauce. And squeeze in the lemon juice. This is now simmering away nicely before I prepare to do in my eyes cutting the onion.

'twas a Chinese mate ... I know you hate it Cheesy

Had a chicken breast curry with chips ... jane had sweet & sour chicken , egg flied lice and plawn clacker

quality over quantity dear boy.

actually it was more than adequate for 2 people. there was nearly 2llbs of chicken breast in it.

pfft, won't be as nice as mine

chicken/onions/peppers done and thrown in. needs an hour to simmer now. will post a pic at end Smiley
