Well they probably realised that the £500 tourneys at coventry and the over 300 cap would sell out in a flash with that kind of structure...

If you looked closesly at the structure they previously had up, you would see that it was the same as the one used for the EPT main events, which are 5 day events. These are 3 day events. There is no way this structure could result in a conclusion in 3 days other than a 20-30 person chip count. They have now realised this, hence they have removed it from the site.

i heard there are 2 possible venues for the scottish leg

first is broadways in birmngham
2nd is a cruise ship round the orkneys boarding in inverness
