LOL because it's fun
No more bids on the red ones please !

I am still leading on the red ones ... HOLD 1 time !!

kev i'll give you 25-1 that it doesnt hold
Sighhhhhh ... I dont expect to get them, I am only bidding less than purchase price on any of them ... so I can relist them when all the others have gone and stick it in Blatch's eye.
Quote from: Colchester Kev on November 22, 2009, 07:08:26 PM
FML outbid already
Quote from: Colchester Kev on November 22, 2009, 07:11:43 PM
went back in with a 69.99 but insta outbid
[ ] you were biding to help the guys out
[X] you were biding to try and make a profit out of the the guys loss
gg kev
To be honest, all those statements prove that I was bidding on or UNDER the sale price, quite openly !!
I was informed on this thread that the ones I bid on were a cost price of £99 when in fact they were a cost of only £49 ... so all those statements above confirm that I wouldn't have bid £95 had I been aware of the true cost price.

Not really bothered about the money, it's the principle. I don't like being fcked over whether it be for £5 or £5000.
Obviously the fairest solution would be for an impartial observer to read this thread and decide what should happen and for both sides to agree to go with that.
Doubt Kev will agree to that.
So whatever.
The above has surprised me, I truly cannot see how you could possibly think you are being "fcked over" ... I sent ALL the members of the syndicate a PM this afternoon explaining everything, those that have replied have been understanding and accepting of the explanation... which is as clear as crystal to me, but obviously not everyone sees it that way.
To have my integrity and character savaged by people I thought of as friends over this has cut deep, and what started out as a good fun thread has left a very sour taste in my mouth.
I will stand the £95 and I have certainly learnt a lot from this experience... none of it good.
Blatch I will pay you cash at DTD on the £300 weekend if thats OK, as I don't have a paypal account ... will drop you a PM re address for postage etc.
wow. i think majority of posts were meant in good fun. I deleted one i posted as when i read it back it looked nasty, which was not my intention.
sorry its come to this kev, bit over the top on all fronts.

Nice work, didn't u come like 5th for 3k? Does that mean an extra £600 profit? Surely I'm missing/misreading something.

Paul great work you are a legend. Epic thread.
Kev - as I said on msn don't take it to heart. You're a great wind up merchant so everyone, myself included, enjoyed winding you up all the same.
The only comment that looks genuinely questioning your integrity is Camel's and I'm sure you can both resolve it via pm or something.
Many thanks,

fwiw these are the two posts which really pissed me off:
Quote from: StuartHopkin on November 22, 2009, 05:50:02 PM
Paul/Kev
Dont bid on them! It doesnt really do much and just means its more likely my account will get fucked, and we will end up with no bidders.
Just cancelled someones bid and now paul is about to buy the most expensive boots?!!!
Quote from: Colchester Kev on November 22, 2009, 05:51:05 PM
why cant I bid ... I want them.
Stuart specifically asked Kev not to bid and he did regardless.
I wish I hadn't questioned Kev's motives, but I also wish he hadn't bid for the bloody shoes.

Stu asked Kev not to bid cos he thought Kev was trying to manufacture the price
Once Stu was aware Kev wanted the shoes, he was fine with him bidding
PS Kev not replied directly but I'm sure the shareholders agree that u shouldnt have to pay the 95- think most are on the wind up

This is madness, ffs it's like how can we spoil one of the best threads on blonde in a long time, kevs fuk up made the thread even better, but seems like it's gone a bit far now.Obviously he didn't want to pay double the price and i can't see any problem at all in him bidding upto the value of the shoes i'm pretty sure he hoped none of his bids would be succesful and that he just boosted the price up.
Kiss and make up innit
VWP Paul on all your efforts ,leg-end
