Our legend of week 3, by popular request was Ali 'Bag of Bollocks' Ahmed.

With a thick asian accent Ali is always a pleasure to share a table with.

As his nickname suggests, Ali plays any two cards. Never sour in defeat but always happy in victory he's just a comedy guy.

Even though I've shared a table with him loads of times I've never shared any convo to get behind the legend that is Bag of Bollocks.

If anyone wants to share any Ali stories, speak now or forever hold your peace.

Week 4's legend - who I feel will be a popular one on here - will be up tomorrow.

As it is only right, I shall now be doing a write up of the honourable Waheeeeeeeeed Ashraf: Our legend of week 2.

More commonly known as Wadey, I first met our hero when I was a reg at Nottingham's Gala casino. Wadey was as much of a presence in the card room as he was blasting at the blackjack or roulette tables. Often so loud and animated he could be heard simultaneously at gala casino in Leicester.

Wadey definitely makes himself known at the table, with his big wide eyes that put Phil Ivey's table stares to shame.

He isn't a shy man and has been known to answer a call from a double glazing salesman which went on for 38 minutes 53 seconds. The double glazing man only managing to utter the words 'Is that Mr Ashraf' before Wadey told him 3 months worth of bad beats.

Wadey believes Dealers Choice is a 100% luck game.

When not playing tournaments you can find Wadey in the Dealer's Choice Game at DTD.

Be careful not to sit on his immediate right or left as you will end up with severe bruising on your arm and shoulder as Wadey proceeds to nudge and tap you throughout the evening to point out how bad someone is playing their hand or what a brutal 1 outer turn card that is for him.

Anyway hopefully he'll join blonde an give us a few words.

Here is a pic.

The details are a little foggy but I believe she offered Ali £5 which he obviously refused or something like that..

Think I've heard this story but can't remember it. Did it involve an undercover cop?

Theres an old reg at Stanley Derby called Morris, not that you look (or sound) even remotley alike but its prob the reason he calls it you. Be happy with being called 'Bud' like everyone else is imo!
