would you currently consider yourself able to play in an APAT National? if so, yes you can if not, no you can't up to you to decide and us to police if we feel its necessary. Just like the decision you had previously Ben Hasnt the name changed to Amateur Professional Poker Association? Has the policy changed at all? |

the national events are Amateur only, as are the leagues the Pro-Ams, of which there aren't any in  due to sponsorship constraints, are open to all the name change applies also to the Association side, ie represent all players, where news is about to hot up. |
