I was there .... just 20 runners and all very quiet.... I finished  9th...no league members present.

Darren Athinis chopped it heads up. Didn't know any other final tablists.

That's it.

Since there's little chance of the Luton G website being updated in time...don't forget next week is Festival week innit.

Mon 30 Nov at 8.00 pm  £ 150 + 15 No Limit Hold'em     6000 Starting chips.
Tue 1 - Wed 2 Dec at 8.00 pm  £ 300 + 30 No Limit Hold'em     7000 Starting chips.
Wed 2 - Thu 3 Dec at 8.00 pm  £ 250 + 25 Pot Limit Omaha     One rebuy or add-on available. 6000 Starting chips.
Thu 3 - Fri 4 Dec at 8.00 pm  £ 500 + 50 No Limit Hold'em     Double chance freezeout. 5000 Starting chips.
Fri 4 Dec at 8.00 pm  £ 200 + 20 No Limit Hold'em     6000 Starting chips.
Sat 5 - Sun 6 Dec at 2.00 pm  [GUKPT] No Limit Hold'em - Tournament of Champions
Sat 5 - Sun 6 Dec at 8.00 pm  £ 250 + 25 No Limit Hold'em     7000 Starting chips.
Sun 6 Dec at 2.00 pm  Tournament of Champions - Day 2
Sun 6 Dec at 5.00 pm  £ 150 + 15 No Limit Hold'em     6000 Starting chips.

NO double pointage on offer, that idea is long gone.
Just the usual points, +5 for every cash position in fields of 100+

Thanks Chomps, I hadn't realised there woz a festival next week!
[ ] They sure do advertise these things well at the G.

Are the £150 / £200 events likely to sell out? (and therefore better to sign up in advance?)

r they all 2 day events?

What's the buy-in for the tourney of champs GUKPT jobbie?

And finally, do u know if there r any qualifiers on blonde? (I remember they have done them b4 for the big events)

ta muchly

Drainy

ps - if u could PM me tonight's lottery numbers then that would be nice too

Hard to know whether they'll sell out imo. Last Tuesday's £200 at the Vic didn't which surprised me (137 played, capped at 150).
You know as much as me re: whether they're two dayers Drainy.
You can't buy in to the Champion of Champions thingy.

Drainy

Very unlikely to sell out as this generally gets reasonable numbers as not part of national GuKPt main event format and many other decent structured events also running that week.

If i remember last year the £150 and £200 were the best runners for value etc.

Have I been spoilt by DTD or is 6k chips for a £150 reasonable?

any more and they'd struggle to get it finished in one day I would have thought. Last year's £150 (which I presume was same structure) ended up going to 4 way chip count at 5.30

Think its a 45 min clock, which obv changes it. Either way its the standard for the gukpt's.
