Could be. He certainly knew how best to snap a couple of large tits at the Circus Circus final table a few weeks ago...

Much demand for part 5 imo.

I have high expectations for some quality pennage from SirRichieFoldAlot, especially with the new characters mentioned above by moi.

I think the style of Borat would be most entertaining.

Noooooooooooooo! It HAS to be Ian Allen, that most prolific of Authors, whom we have all read, & loved.

Had to google this...... whats so interesting about a Saab dealer in the midlands... Grin

Sigh.

Ian Allen is the foremost Auther, & later Publisher, of reference books for Train Spotters, & indeed all transpoirt-based matters. No greater Author was ever born.

Please don't show your ignorance of such classical matters.

Found Saab dealer more entertaining FTW

Look at Lucky go! Just look at him. Ripping it up he is, like Tighty's Chapter 5 hero setting about the heroine's boddice. Leaps and bounds sir, leaps and bounds.
Alexander has been busy re-discovering the wonders of the G lately and added a fifth to his month-opening win, while another in-form leaguer, Xpressman, eased he's relegation fears with a saver. Four points are enough to take him above J.Buff and the out-of-retirement D.Dell.

***Rule amendment***

It's late in the campaign to be making changes but this is the business end of the clown stakes and there can be NO confusion imo.
Re: Savers in future, they can only go down to two places below the paid positions.
For example, if only five are paid, savers only count down to seventh. Innit.

Sure, my view is...the editor's decision is final.

Oops, will add your points now Celtic. The table has a mind of its own and sometimes drops points it doesn't feel were deserved.

Ian,

I certainly lived up to my nickname with that one!

I was a bit embarrassed to be caught "at it" with 9 high and didn't like feeling priced into the call, until Alex said it was fine and I should be doing more of that!

Understandably, you didn't wait for your £2.50,  but a deal is a deal and points were at stake, so I'll give it to you when I see you.

Chapter 5. To Boldly go, where no fish has gone before.

Captain Stephen.T.Kirk rose from his slumber. Still sore from his unwarranted ambushing at the hands of the evil Greekons, this was not as easy as it once was. He grasped the handrail he had installed in his quarters for the purpose of rising out of bed and found himself on his feet at last. Today, he decided, he would go for the Red Starfleet jersey.

A knock on the door soon followed, and there when he opened it stood two gentlemen. In a green and white hooped jersey was Lieutenant Sicilian, flanked by the scare-crow like Petty Officer Banks and they brought him his breakfast. His favourite, fried rocks, as of course he eats them for breakfast.

Today was a big day. The Enterprise was travelling to the mysterious galaxy of Lutheron, where the finest poker players from Luton, earth, were to play a Heads Up challenge agains the evil one's minions.

Captain Kirk marched boldly to the Bridge, where his command and control centre literally hummed with inaction. In the corner, navigators Evil and Danish had put the Enterprise on Auto-Pilot whilst they played "first to 5 million and one" Kalooki. Behind the Captain's seat Lieutenant Clawuru had momentarily become distracted from monitoring voice traffic from the only recent discovered and not yet fully understood Planet Sebastian, to adjust her ample bosom, wedged as it was into a Light Blue Starfleet jersey that had clearly shrunk in the wash. To the Side, the first officer looked pensive. Officer Spock Rodgers was bemoaning to the ship's on-board computer, yet again, that he could not make a hand stand up and it was simply illogical that he could both be as intelligent as his hero, Spock himself, also look so much like him too, but yet never find an all-in coup he was happy with.

Kirk parked his frame into the specially widened Captain's Chair. On the Heads Up display in front of him a Bird forum emerged and he chuckled knowingly whilst consulting his bank balance through his special aural financial institution contact device.

"Order! Stop what you are doing!" he commanded "Set course for Lutheron, home of the Luthers, kings of £5 freezeouts everywhere"

Evil punched the numbers into the computer "Aye Aye Captain"

"Full warp speed ahead Danish!" said the Captain and to the strains of synthesised cabaret act music from Saturday nights at the G, space was a blur as Danish pressed the button and the ship went into overdrive.

The journey underway Captain decided to gather his team.

Starfleet

Chief Engineer Vinny who, as usual, was muttering that "she cannae take much more Captain"
Bones Galloway, a sage and wise yet curmudgeonly medic
Snitchy Henderson, a double agent of course but one who hid his deception well
Alexander Martin, fresh out of training school and being fast-tracked to a command elsewhere in the fleet
Snatiramas, Captain's secret weapon. If all else fails, get Snati talking to them.

Their opponents, Lutherans

Luther himself, prickly, to the point and feared throughout much of the galaxies. Especially Hertfordshire
Drain Alien, discovered in the sewers of the Lutheran Capital City and christened as such for obvious reasons
Crocodile Al Fayed the Cleopatra of Outer Space. Few men could resist her.
China Mug. Luther's special counter-tactic to Snatiramas
HoldorFold the Cleopatra of Dagenham. Few men could.

On this contest rested unimaginable consequences.

A win for the starfleet and Kalam might actually make a decision, Carmel might be seen in the card-room. Antony the dealer might shut up.

Lose, and all was lost. Hour late start times, structures changed mid-competition, 10,000 chip turbo deepstacks frequented by complete randoms barely allowed out of their quarters by their carers.

An onerous task awaited the team

To be continued

Could be. He certainly knew how to best to snap a couple of large tits at the Circus Circus final table a few weeks ago...

pretty awesome.

also, good stories tighty, keep it up.

Must also recount a hand from last night towards the end, 5 handed, I have 45k, lucky just covers, theres 160k in play. He opens utg to 7.5k @ 1500/3000 no antes. Folded round, i look at the effective nuts 77. This is the effective nuts versus anyone over 40 normally because a) they normally fold better b) i race good c) iv been known to suckout now and again, if i get it in v KK ill just win the flip (iv called this the hybrid bet theorum, use it next time in luton tikay, great excuse for bad play). But mainly hes gona fold everything but QQ+ and AK. "Lucky" snaps my arm off with 88. I dont get there. Games changing, dangerous times at the G. WP lucky.

This is known as the  'Alex 3 bets light ' theorem , and instructions how to deal with have been distributed to all over 40 G nits...

A few candidates from this league now for BPIL - cant argue with the records of the top 4 or 5 but for run of form over the last few months I award Alan the BPIL in title.

Hopefully that's sufficient bokkage for the time being
