Can you clarify the action?  First you say Lalit moved all in on the flop, then you talk about what to do on the turn?

Apologies - I believe he should smooth call my raise on the flop and then bet the turn if my obvious draws miss.

there was no turn action as thats when i hit the flush and straight.

Ok i got this wrong all money went in on flop no turn, this play i have not criticised because of your hand u got lky however i think any player does the same with your hand on that flop i admit i would too.

However my comment on twerp and i dont know your name or mean to offend you plse tell me next time you see me was after having and correct me if im wrong approx 450000 chips at final with the rest of us averaging 80000 ok you should be bullying us correct play but when you continuously raise in position we all know your at it and were all going to push back at some stage you blundered 3 big reriases which you should never have called or pushed back in and blew your stack.

I personally hate seeing players destroy that size stack through stupity and being honest with you thats what u did when we were 6 handed and that was your downfall of overplaying too much junk . I have played on your table and vice versa on numerous times at luton at the end of the day wre playing poker and you included out of the final 9 players at the final only 5 knew how to play but we dont need the commentary or my balls are bigger than yours you actually did offend a few players when down to last 12-14

Where u hiding MR G???

Long time no see.

You would be top 3 for me and this is no Bs if you in the regular field along with Tk>
Even Tighty has a fantastic game now and went though a great run few months ago.
Im only basing this on vins comment of weekly players turning up so hope not to have upset or offended anybody, ive already upset the fella from last night for calling him a twerp opppssss!!!

Example for me why Graham is no1- last nights final 6 of us left all fairly equal in chips apart from muppet with 70ish percent of chips in play at that stage who ends up 3rd by the way.
Anyway graham raises UTG with aq to i think eleven five Paul Espreson folds, seat 1 with i think about one hundred thousand goes all in to a 20 k pot, pass from me pass from chip leader pass bb graham shows aq and mucks still 80=90 thousand left blinds 2-4. Fella who pushs shows aces were alll like really Huh?!!!!!! BELLEND play however my opinion of at least 60-80 per cent of luton players would call or repush and i have seen graham on numerous occasions be able to fold to positonal bets with a top hand and get away from it.

Maybe I should have called myself Muppet rather than twerp ;-)

the fold you point out was easy - the guy in question was 100% Aces or Kings - we had both (myself and the other graham sat on his starting table and he was an open book for big hands)

Having gone through my tournament today i know I made some mistakes. With two tables to go I controlled the tournament - you might not be calling me such a muppet if you saw how i played with 2 tables to go, biggest mistake was when we got to 3 runners i let you both get lucky and gave you races that you needed cos neither of you were gonna be able to get me otherwise.

I had been playing all day and just wanted to win quick :-(

the clue is in 'top 9' - he can't include 60 people!

Twerpers, are you the London-Newcastle fella what finished third in the end? If so, you is mis-named for sure. More Luton trips in the future please and help get that quality level back up.

Elsewhere, I'd like to congratulate Mr Ro(d)gers for being perhaps the best pokering judge in the country, if not the world.

Not putting Sir Donksalot in the top five just confirms the authenticity of your views. I just wish I could pay mad dimez to get a webcam installed and ready for when he reads this evening's additions to the thread.

Spangly t-shirts will be flying around the room and ear-infection remedies will be knocked over as he throws himself backwards off his chair...

Alex Martin and Dave Johnson (this is based on playing with Alex and Dave not just at luton but in several main events and i have to say alex has a great game for that structure and seeing him call a 20000 pot with jack high on river to complete bluff- hero call but he read it 100percant correct)

Adrian Gotch (Probably more disciplined than me if such a thing is possible and as chompy has stated in several threads his form speaks for itself)

Jim McBride still top 10 purely on results orientation and game but after last 2-3 freezouts ive seen him in bad decisions hace cost him his tournament early.
Dick Lynch RELEGATION zone after last night.

Uber-refreshing views and defo right imo. I'd take all three of these and many other leaguers above the typically spieled-out old guard, MDD, Jim McB, Lalit. Even McPiemuncher and Mr 'late 20s wtf lol' Anderson. Maybe even Sir Donksa...sorry, got carried away there.

To this the main thng i would say is you are correct I did blow it

I think calling the stand with KQ was not horrendous - but maybe against that strong a player i should have picked him for the ace he had and folded

and actually I was not at it all most of the night.

I genuinely picked up a lot of hands and am not an "at it" player

The reason for the talk was wanting everyone to believe i was at it and thus enduce the push backs.

Note
To any player I may have offended i do apologise. I did not intend to be insulting and I would not personally critisice a player.

Very kind of you Graham, but live form has deserted me, online has treated me better.  I now find it harder and harder to muster up the enthusiasm for LUton.  It is only once in a while I can't stand looking at a monitor any more that I venture up.  I enjoy the banter and chatting to the faces that I have come to know over the years muchly, scoff a pizza and make my way home again without troubling the scorers..

...

Indeed I am - I am reasonably new to luton - only 20 tournaments in - started there as for me - and i hate stroking your egos by saying this - its the best level of tournament poker of the casinos that i play (Int, Western, Reading, Vic, Reigate & Luton)

I really enjoyed last night - thought you were a quality oppenent chompy - didnt want to be in a hand with u all night.

Ok peeps

Firstly : Who is Sir donksalot?

Secondly : I was asked a question of my opioion of top 5 regular local players too which i came up with 8 because i think the caliber of the majority of players is very high.

And as asked regular players i have already posted to Mr G stating about tk tighty etc as they are great players who i have the utmost respect for and i hope vice versa and again as asked this is my opinion and mine alone.

I know feel i have offended the entire blondite luton community not meaning too and twerp, muppet whoever to point out to this player we spoke before final and ill agree with GW you played very well during the tournament my only criticism was the final and thats it plse read my response as i think youve missed a couple of my points.

If any other opinionated questions are asked i will respectfully decline answering.
