I was chatting to a person who used to work within the Grosvenor group and I was bemoaning the fact that the restaurant sits idly by as we filter in and it's just not used by the poker players, unlike the Sportsman restaurant which just before a Friday night was jam packed - admittedly the food was free but it got people to the game, and subsequently onto the tables.

I was unaware that the Luton G restaurant does a cheepo 2 course meal deal early evening. Did anyone else know about it?

Speaking to Nina last week she is looking at putting on a buffet breakfast later in the evening, you have to pay, but it would be reasonably priced, laid out in the card room at the end and you go up when you want something to eat. They would have someone dishing the stuff out, you can't just help yourself. Anyone any thoughts?

As most of the regular posters on here rarely make it past 10pm you may want to offer a take away service.

In fairness he is still on the plane. Anybody play Sunday or Yesterday. Anybody score any points. nybody seen Alex? I say suspend all points scoring from now until the New Year due to a governmental revue of the points scoring system. More importantly can the League Elder cash in a deepstack....oooh the suspense.
