15 points safely negotiated when three handed tonight, though i didn't go on to win it. All the rocks got lucky and made the final for the second night running but i managed to steam roller them on the final without actually knocking any of them out. Tighty has really come on leaps & bounds and snati was just terribad shoving the turn with the nuts and getting called. When will he learn? Not an Al-fayed, Avi or Jalfrezi to be seen tonight. Oh and well played Chistopher Poultonsoontoberenamednrbristol.

Nice one vinny;
I'm glad that u put mine and GMan's chips to good use.
Can someone explain the chris Bristol comment; wot did I miss?

Well you need to know your football......and the fact that young master Poulton needed an image change. After all a man with a game like his does not want to be in the "Steve Davis" school of how not to promote oneself......nuff said. The rocks at the final table were just lucky to be there imo

Thursday night has become a league benefit, although under the new rules for next year last night's tourneydonk would only just have qualified for points, with the minimum 30 required in attendance.
Well streamrollered Celtic. Your 15pts ease you above Snatty and into second place.
Also points for Tighty and Winkie.

Re: the trophies. I'm about to PM Silo. Think we'll go for a big shield thing for the overall winner, and then three smaller to-keep jobbies for the top three places. Top three or top two?

Afraid to disappoint you Vinny but, in my view, for overall game-reading ability and success-rate, in my eyes Chompy is number one at the G Casino.

This is true..as long as this doesn't involve playing after the flop..

Yesterday, when returning from work, show the sign board of Luton in M1 and got pulled towards G Casino for some poker. As usual, I was enjoying the poker but something enoyed me was a murmur from a gentelman for whom I have lot of respect.

Situation: The blinds were 600 and 1200, I had 11000 stack. A very good player from middle position had raised my big blind for two consective time and I had to fold.
The guy is a very cool customer, doesnt speak a lot and I have lot of respect for him as a poker player. I was getting suspicious, he was targetting small stack and when he raised again on my big blind, I found A5 and pushed allin. After some thought the raiser called with AQ offsuit and I got lucky to hit the 5. The gentelman on the right of him, murmurs, he is the WPIL audible to me. I come to Luton to enjoy, but this kind of thing realy spoils the fun.  I am the WPIL but still I want to enjoy the time I spent and wouldn't like wispering, rather come out openly and we can still have fun.

We all make comment and fun when playing, and that whats why we enjoy live games. Also I dont want to be rude but the people who makes all this comment are probably not good enough else they would have won atleast a tourney like GUKPT, forget World series, EPT and others.

One things for sure, you are very, very far from the WPIL. I also think its an advantage when people underrate you.

A shove with an A with less than ten bigs is prety standard - even nicer when you hit your magic card too :-)
