Assuming I get finished here in time, I'll be there tonight with Richard Orford.
Please abuse him, freely.

Phew, that was close, but no cigar.
One day it might just happen and that's something we all have to come to terms with.
Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but one day...
Reports coming in last night at the table, Chompy was on the txt constantly sweating buckets.... could this be the greatest trap ever set..4 months of donking to lure the chompster into prop bet ?
Time will tell....

Unless you added the extra one for last night then I need a +1, The Sicilian showed glimpses of getting off the bottom last night but overall currently is playing as bottom of the league would!
OOO er ! A little harsh but i think bradders was a little sore i beat him in a race when squeezing with 6 7 clubs and he didn't agree with me calling a big over bet shove with top pair and an up and downer ( was up against ace high ), read was good but got outdrawn again..sigh lol .. but think he was unaware that i actually danced in secret around Lailit and a couple of others several times last night ( as usual no cards scenario ) which is some feat as I'm very short on confidence, however very up and down last night beginning with flopping the 2nd nuts into the nuts about 4th hand in which is always a good start..
Plenty worse donkeys on the table far worse than me.....
overall luck score was still -1
Not bitter, and not meant to rile you at all Dean. You nearly passed the low end of the straight which i thought you couldn't do as Graham didn't have to have the nuts and draws were in there.
I just think you did play badly in spots last night, your 76 push would have been fine with more chips, but you were going to get a call from one of us guaranteed with your chip stack at that point.
Didn't understand your push allin with AAA on the AQ3 board 2 diamonds, as you said if you bet 1500 you would be committed, you want to be committed and get customers not potentially scare them away! (I know you got 2 callers but lets not be results orientated).
Not got pokerstove to hand at the mo, but i expect your call with 98 was probably -ev as I think his range is a lot different than AA or picture cards.
You said you had to dance about with Lalit etc, well what do you think everyone else was doing, thats called poker!
Your luck wasn't awful last night Dean, just the way you played put you in spots where luck became more of a factor.
Take it as you will and I may not be the best person to give advice but in my opinion you didn't play great last night and seem to be using luck etc as excuses for bad play. I've certainly seen you play alot better!

I was pulling your leg about bitter... yes didnt play very well last night but when uv been running bad it does affect your game, i always appreciate constructive criticism and from you its fine because i know you know what your talking about... but there are different takes on everything..
I just think you did play badly in spots last night, your 76 push would have been fine with more chips, but you were going to get a call from one of us guaranteed with your chip stack at that point.
id rather squeeze here with that hand than a random ace or small pair... your range is fairly light and u were playing a lot of small ball last night from all over the place..the caller was obv weak so theres a reasonable chance it may get through for a pot that was roughly half my stack.. if i get called so be it..the blinds were about to go up giving me 7X BB u had 2-1 and AJ.. ahand easily destroyed by a genuine pushing hand ak QQ not unlikely as i had played fairly tight...
You nearly passed the low end of the straight which i thought you couldn't do as Graham didn't have to have the nuts and draws were in there.
had 5 7 on 6 8 9 board so wasnt like 34 on a 567 brd which i would pass .... i would have passed if i hadnt been committed chip wise..more chips and that move from graeme rodgers is a fold tbh

if u remember despite a big raise pre flop i took 4 callers to the flop... if i bet 1500 i probably drag the lot of them with me ( this is luton Bradley.. i raised 10x bb couple weeks ago and still picked up a caller OP with 94 ! ) I only want one caller and the donks who were in the pot only need a part of it to call off light... + the allin OB whilst holding is quite vogue at the mo...
Not got pokerstove to hand at the mo, but i expect your call with 98 was probably -ev as I think his range is a lot different than AA or picture cards.
As i said its a player read.. seen Johnny vac do this move loads of times..its always nothing or AA... it was a close call as you nearly called the clock on me but i fancied that with either scenario i was min 50/50... and to quote a phrase i fancied a gamble.. i needed chips and this a fairly fast paced luton tourney..if it was a deepstack or big tourney then its an auto fold, but the read was good and i got outdrawn..
You said you had to dance about with Lalit etc, well what do you think everyone else was doing, thats called poker!
It takes more to dance and fire bulletts with 8 high when confidence is zero believe me...
