A veritable gaggle of blondes on show tonight, including Tight, Snat, yours truly, Pizzled, Sir Donksalot, Birdforum Of Luton, British Gas and Claw.

I really didn't want to play, as I'm beyond out of love with the game at the moment. I farking hate it in a lot of ways. Only really there to hand over mad dimez and drop a bundle of £50s on the floor. Don't think I'll play again anywhere before the GUKPT in Luton but my love for the league table will never die imo.

Just three league players made it through to the final table, which was pretty shambolic, given only 30 players started out, Simon G, Tikay and Greville Snarkey.

Updates to follow...

Tikay, nil points. Fully deserved after that gay fold v shadey Stavri. Yikes. Seventh...

More in the morning...

Nice and easy plan weds - meet Tighty for a warm up ruby and then play the tourny and pick up some filthy luchre from chompy.

[ ] the plan started well.  Tighty no show.
[ ] Tourny went well.  managed to bubble walking into a hand.  TBF, I should have seen it coming, as Lalit had managed to have a big hand every hand for the last 237 hands.  Did manage to put a sick one on Mr Kirk though, who didn't look best pleased that I had stood a re-raise from him with a bag of nails which then flopped the absolute joint.

In the words of Jim Bowen, Mr End, look what you could have won:

Updates to follow...

Tikay, nil points. Fully deserved after that gay fold v shadey Stavri. Yikes. Seventh...

Simon G fell foul of the new system strictness and wasn't able to secure any pointage for his sixth.

15pts to Greville, though, for taking down the penultimate £50+£50. He replaces uber-lazy youngster Alex in the elite top nine. Listen kids, snitchyness does pay.

Saw a fascinating hand last night played out between a young guy wearing shades and a more experienced player. Like to hear what anyone else thinks...
Blinds 50-100, Shadesy limps, older fella bumps it up to 450.
Folded back to Shadesy, who calls.
Flop comes 8-8-10 two clubs.
Shadesy checks, older dude bets 1000-odd.
Shadesy now goes all in for 2500 total.
It's another 1500 for the veteran into a pot of around 4500, so he's getting 3-1 his money.
He has a think and then passes, showing a ten face up, seemingly proud of the fold.
Was this quality iyo?
