Drink it with water not milk
why? it tastes so much better I'm generally gonna always say unless you want to intake more calories but if you're drinking it in the morning, milk contains too much fat for your body to process quickly enough to feed tired muscles. I also read that milk breaks down the protein a little bit but don't know if that holds any truth.

Trained chest yesterday and legs today.
Been struggling with times because of work but excuses don't count for this bet so the motivation to train is always there.
Day off tomorrow then shoulders Thursday and back Friday. Might do arms on Saturday but not certain yet. Will see how I feel.
Still obviously well down on strength. Incline bench 60kg, flat dumbell press 22.5kg, flyes 10kg.
These numbers are all less than half of what I used to do. I expect them to increase significantly after about week 4 when my recovery times start to decrease and I'm able to train properly every session.
At the moment I'm still recovering by the time my next session starts which is not a great thing. It'll improve very quickly though and I'll be able to start to match the Cos machine once again......

Fans used to steal celery from allotments and wave them at games.' That is different to what you said. GTFO.

Stealing is not rioting. Now pls get out of the thread and go back to the RSQ or something.

Drink it with water not milk
why? it tastes so much better I'm generally gonna always say unless you want to intake more calories but if you're drinking it in the morning, milk contains too much fat for your body to process quickly enough to feed tired muscles. I also read that milk breaks down the protein a little bit but don't know if that holds any truth.that's pretty much what I've been told at the gym. Some protein shakes are nicer with water...strawberries and cream (from my protein) is loverly...as it their Chocolate shake

Fk measurements..whatever tastes good for you (the myprotein stuff I have says 25Mg ofr 250Ml water but that's a bit too watery for me so I have approx 30Mg) Just don't have 6 shakes a day and you're fine.

Virtually fat-free, but at least has some milkiness?

Virtually fat-free, but at least has some milkiness? Skimmed milk is not proper milk...it's yuckie and evil and should therefore never be bought...for anything. It's also not the fat that's the problem, the suggestion is that milk proteins do something to the whey proteins which is why it's better to mix with water.
