i suppose feeling hungry is OK ....

another problem is if i get too  hungry i get a headache!
a problem i have suffered with since childhood....

obviously this is prettymuch the only time in my life i have been carfull to what i eat!!
i just learnt how many calories are in coke and virtually none in diet coke.....!

...and neither's anywhere near as good for you as water.....!

If you get a headache why don't you just take a paracetemol?

If you're really hungry between meals just make each meal half as big and eat twice as often.

Been to the gym again today to make it 4 days this week. I have to say it's great to be back at last.

I did abs and arms today. Summer is always abs and arms time.

Had a bit of a lie in today so food's been a bit messed up. Everything was healthy though so it's all good.

Today's food:

11.00am - Breakfast. 2 whole eggs + 4 egg whites.

3.30pm - Pre training. Banana + flapjack bar.

4.30pm - After training. Protein shake.

5.30pm - Dinner. 225g chicken made in to curry + 50g rice.

9.30pm - Banana.

11.30pm - Flapjack bar.

I'm afraid not being a headache sufferer I might not be able to help then. I guess if you need to eat you need to eat.

The weight gain consequences are something you'll just have to deal with.

In your position based on items 1 to 3 I would probably completely cut out caffeine and drink more water. I'd also go through all the etc. etc's and see which ones may help the headaches without adding weight.

PS: Cheers Cheesy

We did a deal 7 ways for £1500 each then played for £1400, £900 and £500.

I think £2k was more than 3rd anyway. Not 100% sure.

Didn't get in 'til 5 this morning so another bad food day so far. Again nothing bad but everything completely out of sync.

If I go on a building phase I'll have to get really strict with this. You can't be missing meals when you need to consume 5k+ calories per day.

Today's food:

1.30pm - Breakfast. 2 whole eggs + 4 egg whites.

4.30pm - Banana + flapjack bar.

8.30pm - Dinner. 225g chicken in bolognese type sauce + 50g pasta.

11.30pm - Flapjack bar.

What are flapjacks? They sounds like they taste fkin horrible?

http://www.thesupplementstore.co.uk/brands/cnp_professional/chemicalnutritionflapjacks-cnp_professional_pro_flapjacks_24_bars.htm#product-ingredients-nutritional-details

They're actually quite nice. When they first came out they were like eating sawdust but they've moistened them up a bit now.

Quick doggy question for you Matt.  Was having a debate with someone today and want your opinion.

I've found that when meeting a new dog who's timid, I tend to gain their trust a bit better by getting down on the ground more to their level.  I put the hand out a bit so they don't feel they've been given an order to come, but know the smell is there if they decide to come forward and just sit and let them take their time coming to me.

The person I was speaking to insisted you just get tucked in and show them who's boss and get on with it.  They'll soon learn.

What do you reckon is best way to meet a timid dog for the first time?

Hey Dawn.

Your aquaintance sounds like he has a very good method of potentially turning a timid dog in to an aggressive dog.

I don't understand the human need to 'dominate' every dog they come across.

A timid dog needs nurturing to become a bit more confident. You're method sounds pretty good but personally I prefer to just leave it alone.

Maybe the dog doesn't want to meet you? So why force the issue at all?

Just have a chat with the owner, ignore the dog and it'll come to you in it's own good time if it wants to.

is milk and cereal really bad for you?

my personal trainer said that milk and cereal in the morning is the worst thing u can eat

milk increases oestrogen and cereal has too many bad stuff in it
even if its wheatabix and shreaded wheat.

porridge is bad for you also

is this true?

Honestly don't know mate.

I used to eat weetabix with milk and I didn't grow boobs or anything.

To say it's 'the worst thing' you can eat is clearly ridiculous though.

Porridge is a tough one. Oatmeal is definitely good for you. As far as I know porridge is processed oatmeal and anything processed is usually not premium.

I suspect he's talking bollocks but unless there's some proof you never really know.

Full fat milk isn't that great, and lot's of cereals have masses of sugar in - but generalising it to all milk and all cereal, including porridge, seems a bit odd to me.

I had a quick google on the milk and oestrogen thing and the first results that come up are women trying to find out if it'll make their boobs bigger Cheesy

But the most reasonably sounding intelligent responses point out that cow oestrogen is not the same as human oestrogen and consuming it doesn't have any effect at all - definitely evidence towards him just talking bollocks
