jhlerjlhbgfklbaegkljb missed breakfast again today. Really must stop doing this asap.

11.00am - Breakfast (ish). 2 whole eggs + 4 egg whites.

2.00pm - Lunch. 225g turkey + low fat relish.

4.30pm - Pre training. Banana.

6.00pm - After training. Protein shake.

LOL I'm terrible with breakfast because most days of the week I don't get up until lunchtime.....

I am gonna start having to get on the French toast again because that's the only way I can eat eggs, I absolutely despise them in any form but easter eggs Cheesy

Got a link to these Relishes because chicken is boring after a while on it's own?

The relish I have is a branston one:

There's loads to choose from and loads of manufacturers.

I just happen to like this one.

Matt
What macros are you consuming on training and non-training days?

Matt

I'm not being strict like I used to so I really don't have a target.

I'd like to think that I'm at about 45, 35, 20.

Carbs are a little higher on training days with the extra shake and flapjack but it won't be far off the same ratio.

If I get serious this is something I'll get very strict with aiming for 1.5g of protein per lb of bodyweight minimum.

At the moment I'm not overly concerned about anything other than the reduced fat and alcohol calories.

I guarantee that if this is all you ate every day for 4 weeks you would still be alive.

You would also be a lot lighter.

I weigh roughly the same as you. I think I consume more calories daily through training and walking and yet here I am still breathing.

Why don't you post up a few days of your diet Lee? I mean the whole lot, don't miss as much as a snack.

If you eat the food above you will not die. You might just be able to hit 15st by June 11th though.

I'll add another score to Guy's pledge if you can hit your weight goal. Honestly mate it can be done if you really want to.

without  sounding like a tw@t i do realise i wont die and i would still be alive in three weeks time if i ate f all and just drank water!
however i suppose its will power of not snacking same as it was giving up smoking!
i do suffer from lack of motivation and i think this last post from your kind self is going to help
i think this is why i posted it on here in the first place  (apart from the sponsorship monies).
i am a bit like my kids and perform better with help guidance and encouragement and support.

Lee. With the greatest of respect... I was going to add my 2p to the weight loss advice, but then decided, based on from your comments, that you don't really want it enough yet.

I'm beginning to think that you're getting there now though....

You're not alone Lee, I am the biggest snacker there is going and I used to think nothing of ringing up and getting a takeaway curry for lunch followed by a chinky for dinner. All this washed down by a couple cans of coke and some chocolate or ice cream. I put weight on rapidly and burn it off slowly with my blessed metabolism Cheesy

As Red said you have to want it if you're gonna have any hope, I was flying for the first few months this year and got 1 1/2 stone off in about 3 months. It's not a great deal but I can't do any cardio so I'm limited to strictly lifting weights. I found it tedious and annoying eating boring shit day in day out whilst everyone else was tucking into Fish 'n' Chips, Pizzas and chinky... Once you're in a groove though it becomes 2nd nature and you don't even bat an eyelid as you are happy enough pottering along with the foods that you should be eating.

A day off once a week where you have a curry, some chocolate or a night out won't do you any harm. As Matt said you don't get fat from having a curry or a kebab, you get fat from having them all the time. I have been very slack over the last month and have been eating garbage most of the time. I've only put on 4lbs because I've thankfully not let the gym slip so not too much damage has been done. I've just gone back onto the strict diet I was on at the beginning of the year to try and shift the last stone I want off before I hit Vegas in 5 weeks.

Best of luck with it mate and once you get through the first week it's all downhill from there Smiley

Can't wait Ralph!!!

As soon as I've hit my goal which is the 34/35" waist then I'll be all over it.

To be honest I could probably have one now but it's just not the same if I can't have a naan and also scoff all of yours and stu's leftovers.
