11.00am - Breakfast (ish). 2 whole eggs + 4 egg whites.
2.00pm - Lunch. 225g turkey + low fat relish.
4.30pm - Pre training. Banana.
6.00pm - After training. Protein shake.
8.00pm - Dinner. 225g lean minced steak made in to chilli + 50g rice.
12.00am - Flapjack bar.
i could not live on this maybe for lunch but not all day
I guarantee that if this is all you ate every day for 4 weeks you would still be alive.
You would also be a lot lighter.
I weigh roughly the same as you. I think I consume more calories daily through training and walking and yet here I am still breathing.
Why don't you post up a few days of your diet Lee? I mean the whole lot, don't miss as much as a snack.
If you eat the food above you will not die. You might just be able to hit 15st by June 11th though.
I'll add another score to Guy's pledge if you can hit your weight goal. Honestly mate it can be done if you really want to.

without sounding like a tw@t i do realise i wont die and i would still be alive in three weeks time if i ate f all and just drank water!
however i suppose its will power of not snacking same as it was giving up smoking!

i think this is why i posted it on here in the first place (apart from the sponsorship monies).
i am a bit like my kids and perform better with help guidance and encouragement and support.
as of tomorrow i will post my diet everyday on my sponsorship page for a week
i will start
day 1 my normal diet (changed from before i started this but what i eat now)
day2 i will try yours or similar
day3 fucked if i know lets get thru day 2 first!!
