Yesterdays food: 2 slices Soreen

3 Double Black Label n diet coke
2 Single Black Label on the rocks
4 Single Black Label and diet coke
4 Courvoisier Lemonades
2 Bacardi and diet coke
2 shots of something I don't know but it had Malibu in

Weighed in at: 151.4kg

Started at 154.2kg
Difference: -2.8kg

Obviously yesterday was a terrible day nutrionally. But it was a lot of fun! I didn't eat that little because of the diet, it just kind of happened. On another note, is that a ridiculous amount to drink in one night?  I'm going out tonight as well, but hoping not to drink as much. Let's see what happens!

Today's food:

Breakfast - 50g oatmeal + 3 scoops protein + 1/3 pint of skimmed milk

Lunch - 240g tuna + 75g sweetcorn + blob of salad cream.

Pre training - 45g protein shot

After training - Just deciding now..... Tempted with a curry Sad

Supper - Erm..... Going out later so probably pizza or a kebab. Oops!!

Surely if you go to a curry house and have something like Tandoori King Prawn with some pilau rice it's not that bad?

Not sure there's much you can do about supper, enjoy Cheesy

I have a thing for eating lots of nan bread unfortunately including any left overs that happen to be knocking about.

Other than that you're right though, it really isn't that bad.

I managed to swerve the curry anyway and just have a protein shake instead.

I've decided to drive tonight which should keep the alcohol quantity down a bit.

That in turn might save supper from being disastrous.

Well as I mentioned earlier I had 500g of chicken being cooked up for to see me through the night whilst working.. That sure worked out well for me as the chef became so caught up in Big Brother that the chicken would have been good for catapult ammo!!

With nothing else in the house and said chef going to bed I had to make do with a couple protein cookies and the only other edible stuff in the fridge 2 pork pies. Not ideal from a macros point of view but I needed something tasty and savoury to go along with the cookies.

Probably not anywhere near my protein targets today but I'll have a shake in a second and try to get them up there. I'm not too worried as if I can have a good week on the diet now I may even touch 15 stone sometimes shortly afterwards. I've not been under that since the end of March when things were going oh so well before my disgusting regression back to the darkside of eating Cheesy

Todays supplements sigh....

15:00 MRP

16:30 2 Scoops Promass PWO

21:00 MP Cookie and 250g Strawberries

00:30 2 Mini Pork Pies and a Cookie

04:30 2 Scoops Gaspari Myofusion

Macros

Protein: 195g

Carbs: 140g

Fat: 105g

Day 5:

Brekkie: muesli, banana, OJ.  1 slice buttered toast.

Slipped last night, had a slice of chocolate cake, and a cookie or two.  Meh.

Lunch today will be a pub lunch, no idea about dinner yet.

Bit of a slip last night unfortunately.

Went out and had 2 pints of lager and 3 fresh orange juice + lemonade.

It got slightly worse at McDonalds with the McChicken sandwich meal (large), 2 cheese burgers and 8 chicken nuggets.

Fuckin tasty though so never mind.

Been for a 6 mile walk today so that should fix things and ate well today thus far.

Missed my weigh in last night as well but I'd guess it wasn't great.

Today's food:

Flapjack

120g tuna, 50g rice & 75g sweetcorn.

WTF? How much time did you spend there?..also, was this all in one order or did you just keep going back?

Had one meal yesterday again, oops. Went to Frankie and Benny's though. I had 5 hot chicken wings, and a chicken escalope. It was covered in cheese and bacon, but for the side I had the salad.

Weighed in at 150.4kg today (but the weigh in was now, where as usually I do it in the morning so it's not really official)

The weight is coming off nicely, but since I have only had 2 meals in the last 2 days, it's not really sustainable.
