Start weight 154.2kg
Today weight 151.7kg
total loss 2.5kg

pretty pleased with that, had a bad weekend and no exercise since.last Friday. did 40 minute in gym today.

Im on a 4 day bender in magaluf from tomorrow so is trying to limit the damage as much as possible and get straight back on it when i land.

I've got 2 personal training sessions booked for next week so its all systems go from Monday.

Final weigh in for me last night.

98.2 for a total loss of 2.8kg or 2.77% of my overall body weight.

I didn't actually put any real effort in to this but it's a decent indicator of what can be done in a short space of time without any hard work.

If anyone else wants to put their weight up I'll do a league table. No pressure obviously, it was never a serious thing anyway.

Malia in a few hours with Stu. Should be fun apart from being on antibiotics for the first few days. FML Sad

Will be interesting to have a weigh in when I get back. Any guesses?

There is that, but I'm predicting 'break even'.  First few days he's on meds and won't be able to drink, but will be eating a fair amount.  Next few is where you get hold of him and he loses the weight he gained from eating so much.
