Why would you not eat for 16hrs a day? Sounds like a big pile of bollox to me TBH. Load up for 8 hrs and then starve yourself for 16?

Most guys seem to recommend giving the body a steady nutritional intake..4-5 small meals a day etc. which seems to be the most appropriate way to live to me TBH.

You're asleep for most of it and as far as I can see from the reading I have done the steady nutritional intake every few hours is more broscience than anything. As long as you get your required nutrition for the day that is all that really matters essentially and for people like me who prefer bigger meals I think it will be better.

Fair enough. TBH, I hate big meals so will never go for it. Big meals make me feel full and lethargic which means I don't want to move anymore...so smaller meals are the only way to go for me.

Toasty life to be asleep for 'most' of 16 hours per day!

Yeah obviously it's all down to what is suitable and if you prefer little & often it's never gonna be a goer. Not through choice but I don't move a lot anyway so it's not a problem Cheesy

Well if you say 8-10 so you don't eat for 3/4 hours upon rising and 3/4 hours before bed.

I should have clarified for those who wouldn't work it out Wink
