Thanks for the support everyone.

Been a good few months for me poker wise so it's tough to be overly disappointed.

Shame to be card dead today and also picking the worst spots possible.

Obviously not to be.

Still. Got £3800 stripper tokens so all good in the end.

So all you training types out there.....

Plans for next year?

We all on it again?

Personal targets are to get those 50kg dumbells sorted and also just make sure I can continue to train 4 times per week without the motivation of the prop.

Should be pretty simple.

I might get in on this, however I don't want to lose 24lbs and my aim is may.

What are the exact details of ya bet?

I plan to lose weight (again)

Haven't been able to train really since October as my spasticity has gotten as such that it's not possible to get to the gym.

Got my AGM with the neuro on the 20th to look at some new treatments which will hopefully see things alleviate to a more manageable level and I can get back to it. Really tilting as even when I wasn't following such a strict diet, I loved training and never used to miss a session Sad

Personal targets are to get back on the same diet I started last year with and back training so I can start losing weight again.

28lbs by summer regardless of how the treatment pans out for now, will reassess according to what transpires over the next couple months.

the three of us are going to attempt ......

to lose effectively 2lb a week or a total of 24lb 12 weeks starting on first of Jan 2012

our rough weights are

i weigh 17stone 4lb
woodsey 17
and girgy 23

after the 12 weeks for every lb not lost £20 paid to others charity.

we are going to start a new thread and post ......evidence of our actual weight.

i will then post my weight once a week.
