You do them the same as big Ronnie Coleman?

Flat on your back, with them running end to end not parallel?

Yes. Having them parallel would work your triceps more than chest.

It would also have to be a hell of a lot lighter as you aren't using anywhere near as much muscle. Triceps = small, pectorals = big.

I do them like that except as I reach the top I turn the dumbells in toward each other to work my chest a little more.

Ronnie wouldnt do them like that because of balancing such a heavy/big weight

Not with 45.3kg though surely?

I sometimes do those as well. Very good for adding definition to the man boobs.

Wow. 40kg's really good with a twist at the top. Maybe there's hope for you after all.

My chest workout generally is

Flat DB Press

Incline DB Press

Incline DB Flies

Cable Crossovers

I twist them in at the top of flies but not on the pressing exercises

This

I do incline as a warm up then flat for my heavier stuff.

Don't always do decline but sometimes throw them in to mix things up (usually when there isn't a flat bench available).

Bump.

Been a bad few weeks for training but just heading off for a session now. Really needing to get back on it but injuries, colds, Christmas etc. have really been a stumbling block.

Diary needs updating with plans for the new year including how to get massive.

More to follow.......
