Hi guys I'm just sticking this is up so i can get absolutely beasted for it but meh, if u don't ask you cant get.

Right so basically i am looking for Staking for the St Andrew's Day Poker Tournament that is happening in the Mint Casino in Glasgow. (http://blondepoker.com/forum/index.php?topic=45423.0)

The Buy in for the tournament is £100 + £10 Reg fee.

Currently i am just looking to sell as much % of the buy in as possible as my bankroll is currently very limited.

Ok so about me :-

Well i've been playing poker for about 3 years now even though im only 19 Smiley and have been playing live in casino's since i turned 18. While playing live i find myself constantly on or around the final table of the games i usually play at my local casinos even if it isn't a cash. Field's varying from 30 up to as much as 100+ at the alea on a friday night. I would say my standard of play has really improved over the last couple of months to where i think i am playing quite a good game. I also have played in 2 APAT events this season and ran late into both day 1's unfortunately running big hands into bigger ones. but i also feel my game has improved some more since the last APAT i played at DTD.

The Tournament :-

The Tournament itself is on the 29th of November at the Mint Casino Glasgow.

It is starting with a 15k start and a 30 min clock with a very good structure i think anyway.

It looks like it is going to sell out from the interest i have seen for it on several forums so looking at ~100 ish runners about half of which i will probably have not alot of info on however i recon a few of the mint regulars may be partaking in this event which i feel i have a decent record against as i have played 4 tournaments in the mint and have Final Tabled all 4 and cashed for 3 figures in 3 of them.

Staking Proposal Embarrassed

I'm Looking to Sell the full 100% of the £100 buy in for a 70/30 split in backers favour and i will put up the £10 reg fee.

Can Sell in chunks of 10% for £10 or more.

I can take payment through Stars/Tiilt Transfer - ViiperUK
or PM me for Bank Transfer.

Thanks for at least reading my first Staking request guys Smiley .

Stakers

Myself - 20%
Celtic - 10%
Mate that i play live with - 20%
Cos - 10%
Girgy - 10% (Paid)
LeedsRhodesy - 20%
anthonyl - 10%

selling 10% chunks for £10 would leave u with 0% for ureself and youd still have to pay the reg fee

com. I set the line at 2pm today.

Youve gone to extreme lengths to get to 300 posts and then you want staking for a £100fo, if u put it up for a $6k EPT i woulda took 10% for your cheek. GL

I'd possibly wait a little while longer as a blonde member before you put up a staking proposal.

People don't really know you or your game which brings up several stumbling blocks as far as a staking request would go.

I know you probably have the best intentions but maybe you didn't go the right way about it.

If you do wish to leave it up here on the staking board, you'll definitely need to post something about your record and OPRs. Saying 'I make a lot of final tables at Alea' won't mean much unless you can verify it with a link online etc.

Good luck.

If you can get 3 blondes to vouch for your honesty (I don't really care if you are a good player or not) I'll take £50.

If I can find this in 5 mins, then anyone can. OP is an APAT member who posts over there quite regularly.

By vouches, they shouldn't really be people you may have met at a one-off APAT event or twice at a your local club for example. These should be people who know you a fair bit better than that and could vouch for your character and honesty.
