Ended up at the lovely G last nite as LittleRed fancied going.

There weren't many leaguers present. I can't imagine why cos it's such a good comp. ;-)

There was some quality play last nite tho; my fave being a guy with 7200 at 600/1200 limping in MP (?!), then oppo makes it 6k. Folded round to limper and guess what......HE' FLATS IT. Flop comes raggy ten high. Limper checks and PFR guy CBs. Then guess what......yep, you guessed it - THE LIMPER FOLDED. Proper tez and much lol'age in his direction.

41 runners, paying to 5; with Mrs Drainy LittleRedRH taking the negotiated saver for 6th. WP her imo.

My exit was the usual biloxi involving me re-raising all in and shoving 30k preflop.

[  ]  At least George didn't deal him a J on the flop.

A V v dull - and much over-rated - end imo.

Michael Bolton (the "other" Luton G Rockstar) FTW; he just couldn't miss, including THAT bleeding Jack on the flop.

On other matters, I am most concerned that Noonan wasn't there. Does anyone know if the Luther is ok?
The cardroom felt very strange without him. I got Niall to check the loft but just his slippers and pipe.

Re the guitar, no I left it at home Chomps, as i haven't yet managed to tune it properly (as per my other thread in the Lounge) so it is still very flat.
Some might say that my guitar is as flat as your league scorage, but I don't think it's quite that bad tbh.
Drainetta didn't want me to point that she even has more points than a certain league elder.
