oh and it's not just at Luton they get my name wrong. I had to leave the table for a brief moment at the vic yesterday as there was a ruling made (not in my favour obv) which i was really unhappy about as I thought it had cost me a big pot. Stepped away for a minute to calm down and get back in the zone innit, and was called back by some of the other players to tell me my rubbish hand was actually still good 'michelle! michelle!'
LOL ...
Just wait until the dealers start missing you out completely (sigh, happens everywhere) then start worrying that you've completely morphed into me he he Welcome to my world of madness
Well done on your 3rd place Razz win - go chick.
What was the ruling you wasn't happy with? There was a situ on the Fri eve comp that was beyond belief as well ... It was a self deal comp and Carl was dealing this particular hand. He had dealt to the SB and the BB (I was BB), and the two to my left, when the TD came over and said BB on the move ... he proceeded to move the cards along one to the left and just picked up my chips and took them off the table!!! It was mentioned by us that the hand had started to be dealt and the next BB should be moved but he got arsey and said I was moving (and I swear the SB had looked at his card already).
hmm that does seem like an odd ruling.
The one I was unhappy with was at the final table. The pot was huge - I already had over half my stack in at 6th. I had T low, drawing to a 7 low, against an opponent with a potential 8 low. I got the magic
on 7th to make my 7 low, but the dealer mistakenly dealt it face up instead of face down. Obviously I wanted to keep the card, but the ruling was made that that card goes into the muck and I get a new (crappy) one.

Mr Biggleworthy reports the following to his legions of acolytes
Just back from Luton a long hard slog, Lewis came 5th & I ended up 2nd in the £100FO however being short stacked with 4 left I cut myself a really bad deal for a change and ended up with £50 less than 4th and £100 less than 3rd and £250 less than the winner..Graham has always told me to not deal and I think that will be the last one. Did myself out of potentially £600, and was already in profit with a guaranteed £390
It seems that only the needy and tattoo-ed cut bad deals with the Biggles.
Spent most of the night on Pete's table last night, first time i had met him, seems a decent enough bloke from what i could tell. The deal he done was he took £550, Spanfish with the spandex jeans took £850 and Alay Gray and Chris Cooper took £900 each. Wasn't a terrible deal, but he was the best player left out of the four so maybe should have took a chance imo. Either way, well done.

Last Monday TK asked myself, Luther, and Boar Wars to look after a guest he had with him
She was sat with the 3 MAS members and was a bit shy as poker was new to her,so could we do the honours and make her feel welcome e.t.c
No problem, she was quiet at first, eat a lot {she had 2 main meals, and shared her pud with me} was pretty enough but nothing special so i thought, her clothes were dowdy and unflattering, fairly bog standard 20 year old with a nice smile was my lasting memory
Since that night it has come to my attention what the sweet young Kate does for a living,i felt it only right i share this with you all......

Sky pokers Xmas party?
blimey... did i leave at the wrong time?
The Met line wasn't like this when I lived near Preston Road!
The G will be busy tonight, imo - for mainly non-gay reasons I suspect.

Points galore last night for those with Fantasies ..... alas a 'Kitty no show' meant no fantasies for those with points.
MAS saver pour moi for 6th, Vinny 5th, Athy 3rd ..... and the Evil One (MMD's fantasy) battling it out heads up with a 'new girl' (with far bigger assets than Kitty) when I left.
Oh, and Chompy ..... Challengo Collapso ..... and got the same number of points that Andorra usually accrue in World Cup qualifiers.
Everyone's a winner ...... except Johnny Plums (snigger).

It's official, Edna is just too good, after owning Juggios Revealiopolis in an epic clash of the titans battle that rumbled on until past five in the morning. Crikey!
It's good to have play in a donkament obv but the final table was too slow. I was first to crash about 45mins in and, when I'd returned to the fens another 50mins later, they were still eight handed. Too much for me on top of a day's bettyfairing, so just the odd Sunday only for me until the autumn.
Anyhoo, 15pts to Evil, 9pts to Danny Dyer (fantasy), 6pts to Celtic and 5pts to Loofah, who again got in wearing his Man Utd training shirt.
Caught a glimpse of the May schedule. The £250 monthly thingy has been dropped
But it's probably coming back in July

2 memos for anyone interested.
1. NO comp this SATURDAY as poker league final, so do not turn up unless playing in the evening games, 8pm and 11pm turbo is on.
2. After setting up our little freindly 1 - 1 limit Dealers game we have been able to get a group of new players in very quickly from Evil Ed, Danish, Celtic, Niv, Rockstar, Malcolm Gee and several other new players which surprisingly have occured out of the £5 rebuy. The idea has worked and speaking with Niall over this issue of bringing in a smaller Dealers Choice game he has convinced Carmel to let us have our wish.
So as of now their will be a dealers cash game minimum sit down of £50 to either £150 maybe £200.
Blinds will be sb £1 bb £2 pot limit.
Their would be a table charge per player of £3 per half hour. (thinking about this bit i will suggest to Niall to make it £5 per hour)
This has been added to the cash tables on the TV screen and is availbe as of last night.
I would appreciate any feedback so it can be tweaked if anybody thinks of anything to add and also if anyone wants to set up a game so we can get a pilot game off and running.
If poor runners again for omaha this week then i would suggest this as an alternative for this week.

GMan
are you competing with Gotchy for the role of league secretary?
All good info - thanks
As a non cash player how does this arrangement differ to the "normal" cash games offered at the G?
FMP....... as a non-
poker
player blah blah
Nicely sorted anyway; glad you're keeping it real bruv, innit
;-)
Drainy
