Fantasy League 2

Second half of 2010

I intend to keep it all on this thread but can split out if required

Rules

1. Each competitor picks a team of five different  players from the following list of Luton regulars, for a combined total of no more than £15m.

2. Points are scored as per the Luton Blondeite League, Win - 15ts, Second - 12, Third - 9, Fourth - 7, Fifth - 6, Sixth - 5, Seventh - 4, Eighth - 3, Ninth - 2, any other registered finish - 1.

Savers ONLY paid to two places below the official pay-out positions.

50+ runners = +3pts on to all positions.
75+ runners = +6pts on to all positions.
100+ runners = +9pts on to all positions.
150+ runners = +12pts on to all positions.
200+ runners = +15pts on to all positions.
All tournaments at the G Casino only, not Circus Circus, count as long as 25 or more players compete.

3. Each list entered will cost £50. The top three finishers will be paid on a 60%, 25%, 15% split. Payments can be made to me on Stars or Full Tilt or in person at Luton. Any monies not paid by 31st July and teams will be removed from the competition.

Final prize breakdown to be announced on 1st July

4. The competition runs from 1 July-31 December 2010.

5. Lists must be submitted here by midnight on 30 June.

6. Put your lists in as soon as you like. You can still edit them up to and including 30 June.

7. Players may pick themselves if they want to but obv don't have to.

Tighty, although I love the "xxx" moniker as it makes me sound like a hardcore movie star, you can replace it with "Roberts" if you like, most Scottish of surnames

Can I suggest that I am deleted from Fantasy table as the only person that's ever gonna pick me is myself, and I'm not entering a team in the 2nd half (soz).

      Tks, Drainy.

Minor league points in last night's 61 runner £50 deepstack crapshoot

luther101 finishing 7th and enhancing the proceeds of his inspired Switzerland betting coup for £2.50. Well played sir.

Fantasy league wise an 8th for MDD and a very creditable and table banging 6th for USA Dennis. USA Dennis was only selected by two people. Pizzled and the sicilian. They both know a kindred spirit when they see it.

I will update any scrabble news, savers and the like when news reaches me in my new office above the Enfield Municipal Sauna. I have it rent free for the first month while Sweaty Terrence lets me work out my probationary period. Not sure I am looking forward to the shift behind the towel counter that I had to accede to in lieu of the rent free though.

Ahem, almost too embarassed to admit it      ......     but Digger is in my squad as well, Richard.

Putting the shame to one side - the eight tub thumping points Mr Boston Bombastic earnt me last night duly removes that Jonny Come Lately Plums from designated MAS territory       .....       "USA USA USA etc"

Added. In my defence I thought you were far too sensible to include him, so didn't check
