Best part of the Night was Ding winding up Boer Wars - Classic stuff-
Pleased to break my Hoodoo at The G and taking down this BIG FIELD !!!
Thanks Rockstar for supporting me through a bad run of results at The G lately as i admit it was starting to get to me a little lately, which we all suffer from time to time, which is the worst part of Poker.
Its testament to their play that MDD, Luther and Rockstar are always contesting on a relentlessly regular basis the Cash on the final Tables- Well played you 3 -
But last night was my night and all that had been going wrong the last few weeks fell into place- -
Like getting my hands to stand up and winning all my races.
Plus i can only win when everyone is in Wallsall LOL LOL Can you all stay away for a while then i got more chances of cashing -
Its getting harder and harder to win at The G as the Standard of play is High - So you always have to bring your A game to the Casino to stand any chance of Winning on a regular basis !
Back soon for more pain-
Good luck to Dave J in Wallsall hope you take it down
Xpressman
Good for you Ian,pleased for you m8.

Time to 'expand' Trace ...... so others may share last night's chortlement.
Rockstar is on the final table and goes out for a smoke leaving his mobile phone. It rings - it is Boer Wars. Egged on I answer it in a sexy voice (normal obv) and James asks to speak to Rockstar.
"I'll have to wake him, he's asleep" I purr seductively.
"No don't wake him" shouts James devastated to have interrupted the rockstart from some drunken slumber with his Missus. "Is that XXX (insert Adrians wifes name that I have forgoten)?" he asks, "How are you?".
No this is Sarah" I say and who is XXX?"
Complete silence at the other end of the phone as James tries wto work out that his mate is asleep beside a sexy woman who is not his wife and who is now asking him who this other woman is. The silence continues so I ask again "who is XXX?"
A very high pitched stressed voice comes over the phone "I don't know" says James as he desperately but badly tries to cover for his philandering friend. He hastily rings off.
We leave it a few mins, Adrian is back and keen to keep it going so I text James from my phone. Message reads; James is Adrian with you? His wife is here at the G and she can't get hold of him"
A few minutes later James is ringing the card room/Adrians phone etc etc trying to find him and give him the heads up that his wife is on the warpath. Eventually we have to come clean as he is frantically ringing everyone on his phone (his Aunty in SA didn't know where Adrian was surprisingly)
Well - it passed a few moments while the button stole the blinds for a few rounds at the FT. ;-)
Much lol'age @ this.
WP Ding imo.
When did Jimbo finally realise?
And how did he get home, having run out of pertrol?
And WTF woz he doin' on the M6? (that's not en route from G to his hoos?)

Hello hello ... what's this BONUS column??? Have I missed something?
Bottom line that counts Holdy and the above table proves, beyond all doubt, that I pwned you by 63pts. Thanks to three incred seven-letter words if I remember correctly.
Looking forward to playing MDD and Tighty. Be nice to get pushed for once...

He was at Walsall with Danny Pike
Dumb and Dumber ran out of Diesel, then phoned the number they saw at the side of the road(bet that was cheap)
I rang Danny Pikes mobile and fessed up,they`d been through enough for one night
And im not married Dingus Dellus

How people can mock the circles I move in I'm really unsure. May take my flip flops, my new poker sunglasses and headphones and move to Brighton where a man can get some .... er, respect. As well as bracelet winners
I also had a chat with Durrr today - much taller than you expect
- fine young man
For Rockstar, around $800 up in cash, 2 sessions, -$1850 in tourney buy ins - net defeat is $1050
Busto the Venetian deepstack on Tuesday around 150th, 685 starters (I registered late with just one person ahead of me in the queue - Alex Martin so we both join a new table. He sure didn't do 12,000 chips in 3 hands :-)
Today went out in level 9 of the WSOP with around 440 left. 2521 runners, 270 paid.
The organisation of these events is something extraordinary, the speed of exits is also quite breathtaking. Bored with not cashing so will give tourneys a rest for a couple of days and have aother pop on Saturday I think.
Are you sure it's not just because you have only ever seen him when he is sat down playing poker on the tele?

ok bumper round up time
Firstly happy birthday to Mrs Alien. Commiserations for having to spend it with Mr Alien
Well done to jonnyplums for his victory at Walsall
Well done to 40-year Sudoku Puzzle for his victory in the 59 runner Friday £75er.
Also well done to the distinctly unlucky Lucky, for whom 2009's good fortune has been smashed back from a great height by the poker gods, then ruled in by Hawkeye, who finished seventh last night
Fantasy wise points for some of the League's lesser lights. Messers Bashir and Kan for example. Mr Jarvis who selected the Sudoku botherer. Also Mr Handsome and Mr Donksalot win some points
Nearing June end, I need your monthly totals please
Whatever your weekend brings you, I wish you good fortune. Unless its Rockstar out to farm more £5 donkament points at the G. I hope you fall to earth swiftly, for a change.
