Congrats to James Millerband who went to the G last nite and TiD with the MoF. Wp sir.

The zebra muncher was accompanied on the champagne soaked podium in the 51 runner Monday nite epic by Handsome Paul - ahem....7/4
;-) - and the lesser-spotted Steve Kirk, making a rare Monday nite appearance.

Simon Cowell even turned up last nite to defend the decision for putting Katie Waisel thru (ultimately finishing 4th; him not her) and the only other name listed in the official results woz Mr Malcolm Gee (7th) who woz sporting a marvellous freshly tumble-dried rug last nite.

I finalled and nearly won it, but decided not to in the end.

Much fun had by all. Gg. Wp.

Yep Jason - they are all dealer dealt now (since Feb I think) except for GRodge's weekly home game @ the G on sunday afternoon.

25 runners [the minimum for league purposes] in last nite's comp,  affectionately known as "Tit Tuesday"
Only 4 paid, with Andy #1 session head taking the last paid spot.

On Monday nite they mentioned that Tuesday was changing. At least getting the extra 1500 early bird chips.
Did anyone hear, or already know, wot's changing? And from when?

Tuesday is still tripple chance but you now get 2500 for each stack + 1500 early bird chips

Its just about playable with the 1500 extra chips,so 2500 x 3 and 1500 will make it an excellant low budget deepish stack comp,well done G.

Still 45min x 2 and 20 mins the rest, anyone know?

Hmm, not convinced its the way forward.4am finish for 300 odd quid if only 25 runners.

I don't go on Tuesday so wont affect me but can see it might be a prob for some.

Will be up to 50 plus in a month imo,and let the low budget end win money to roll them into the larger events is surely the way forward?

A busy card room will create more for the cash tables,and bums on seats is what its all about surely?

Am guessing they will go 25 mins all the way through which would be about right,one wednesday night a week is enough for anyone

Most Tuesday nighters will play it the same way anyway regardless of chips,John the Pen lasted 19 minutes last week in a triple chance ffs,and he went for a fag with me in that time
