I would prob flat an UTG raise with A-A at this table, there are 3 callers behind so I think it's a mistake to narrow the decision to whether you're flipping vs one oppo or not.

I would raise small so it looks like a monster utg.
proobs fold to a tight player shove but he could be doing that with a wide range of hands too. His range will include smaller pp

Yeah, so I called in the end. He flipped AJ and I won the race. The fact there were callers made it look like an ideal squeeze spot and gave me nice odds if indeed it was a flip. I could alsobe against a lower pp or lower scs. Obv if i get shown TT+ I cry inside. Thought it was a pretty marginal spot hence the posting.

I fold AJ here in Chippys shoes.

I dont think it plays well enough against CF's opening range utg.

Pretty sure if you were in Rich's shoes you would just kill yourself...

Still waiting for Longy to come in and tell you it's out of order to publicly post a hand involving another blonde.

We're in day 1 of the DTD £300 monte carlo side event. 10k chips, 45 min clock, same structure as on the deepstack weekend. 99 runners and about 30-40 remain. Blinds are 300/600-50

Table has certainly been an interesting one as it's holding me, Greekstein, EvilPie and ChipRich.

So, I'm UTG playing just shy of 30k and look down at two nines. Sweet. So I raise to 1525.
I then get 3 callers.
Rich then shoves from the button for about 17k.

And it's back to me...

I don't think I've played with rich before and was actually somewhat suprised by his playstyle. He played a tigher game than I was expecting. That said, cos and matt were playing silly buggers all the time so this is probably wise lol. There was a previous hand where I doubled him up in the same spot. I raised UTG with 44 and called his shove from the button. I can't remember his exact hand here. It was some sort of Ax as I remember. We were racing at any rate. There were no limpers in this hand and the shove was for much less.

So, what do you do?

[ ] some sort of Ax

[X] AKred.

Flop of T J Q was ok Smiley

Anyway in the AJ<<<99 hand. When i shoved, i thought it was a decent spot. Im pretty sure the 2 peelers are folding, but when you re-jammed so quick, i obv thought i was dead.

[  ] Q 9 x flop helped me.

Lol, sure is the same situation when cf is the hero in the hand, and he actually faces a tricky decision.

If the op was something like zomg chiprich squeezed with 73o and outdrew my 9's i might have posted.
