Warcraft episode was incredible. American Dad version showed just how good South Park can be

Watched Hello Ladies with Stephen Merchant and it is good. He plays a guy down on his luck trying to make it with the ladies and the situations he gets himself in are amusing, a lot for his awkward mannerisms, and real bolts of comedy that hit you from left field.

I think definitely worth the watch if you like the Gervais/Merchant style sort of humour as Merchant enjoys getting it in as much as he can, unlike his character on screen. Tap in.

This is the second season have watched every episode, some more than once. Sounds ridic watching people watching tele but it is utterly genius. My wife and I's fav thing on tele. So many good characters.

Totally agree. The gay guy with the Movember tache and the old bloke in the armchair are superb. But I am sure I recognise some of them too, which makes me think there are wannabe actors involved.

Some of the one liners are great too including "maybe her nose helps her swim faster". Really?

Just about to finish season 4 of the Wire. I really see what all the fuss was about. It takes a real investment of time, but it pays off.

The amazing thing about it is there are no amazing episodes, no amazing scenes, no huge plot twists, no huge cliffhangers etc. It is a show that relies entirely on great characters and the very complex relationship between them. It is just really enjoyable to watch every single character and how they influences the huge network of mini storylines. It probably takes two seasons to really understand what is going on, and had I not had them all in boxset format I probably would not have stuck with it having to wait a week between episodes, but it might become my second fave show after Breaking Bad, assuming season 5 is good which I hear it is.

Will be fascinating to hear your views on .  Parts of it are, imo, amongst the best TV ever made yet elements are pretty frustrating. Savour it though because when you finish it it is going to be one of those moments in your life when you realise it may never be quite this good again!!!!

also only just got into the wire, been on my rig for 2 weeks now and am hooked, just about to finish , will have cracked by the end of this trip, finding it really REALLY good entertainment, and will be wanting more when it's done, i'll be dissapointed though, as i know it wont happen.

also have breaking bad, dollhouse, homeland, trueblood etc to work thru, the comunal drive in the ROV controllshack is full of excellent TV, it'll get watched over the next 3 years lol

Breaking Bad and Homeland are well documented here, so not much to say.

True Blood is decent if you're into vampires and the supernatural.

Dollhouse isn't great, but is watchable thanks to Eliza Dushku <3

I used to really like True Blood as a throwaway kind of thing, but it has gotten really (And I am aware this is a show about vampires and werewolves) far fetched. The 7th season will be the last and its the only reason I am sticking with it. First two or three seasons are pretty good though.

Can't disagree, and I had actually checked to see if it had been renewed after watching a few episodes of season 6.

In other news, Homeland delivered again last night Wink

Still not loving it but I am now invested in it again, wish they had gotten to this point about three eps in instead of boring us to death all season. Hopefully the rest of the series will be like 24 or someink

Are you talking UK "this week" or US "this week"

Agree with this, could have got there in a lot less episodes.  That said, I've quite enjoyed it so far but I'm definitely ready for something to actually happen now.

Whilst it hasn't been as good as the first two seasons I don't think it's been boring.

I blame Breaking Bad, pretty out of order setting the bar joke high then buggering off, twats.

US Graham, get on it.
