imo the only season of 24 that was not very good was season 1, which was amazing but got a bit silly towards the end (Teri gets amnesia) after that even the inferior seasons were better than 99% of whats on TV right now

If you like the walking dead you might like Jericho

Jericho was great after about 3 episodes, once they ditched a lot of the human interest touchy-feely stuff.

Sadly the success of Walking Dead has killed Rubicon, which I thought was fantastic, as AMC has decided to concentrate on the zombies instead of the political/conspiracy show.

Can't wait for Dexter tomorrow. Season started slow but has built up in a mental way.

My prediction for the finale (no spoilers as i obv have no idea):

Deb finds out about Dexter via Liddy. Deb then kills Liddy to defend Dexter and the two of them dispose of the body. Recent eps seem to be trying to make Deb seem more sympathetic towards the whole killing people idea. I think they're building up to a reveal.

As for Lumen: no idea. I assume she dies due to characters not bieng allowed to live past a season...

This time last year I had never seen a single episode, but this morning I finally caught up with 24 and finished season 8. I'm inclined to say that its the best TV show of all time, or at the very least, joint best with Lost (Lost I think is the better series as a whole, whereas any single series of 24 is better than a single series of, well, anything). Cannot wait for the film.

Which leaves me with a big hole to fill, probably gonna be Breaking Bad (if its bad I will lose all respect for Sledge), Sopranos & Dexter - one or more of those.

Im inclined to say that you have only ever watched two tv shows in ur life??

Each to there own of course but; 24 joint best with Lost???   This will soon change, hurry up and watch Sopranos and Dexter.

24 was awesome, certainly one of the best ever shows on the telebox.  I'm quite liking The Event at the moment and Dexter .  Is it me or has Quinn lost a lot of weight?  He's so thin he's looking ill.

The burping/farting cat on Quinns computer was the season high imo...
