Walking Dead is head and shoulders the best thing on TV that I'm watching atm.

I would have to agree with that, its almost unrecognisable to the early/middle parts of season 2, stunning show.

Dexter is great too but enjoying TWD more.

On the other hand, I think Homeland was better before something happened to a certain person, not been anywhere near as exciting the last couple of eps.

I did wonder why they did this. Ep7 disappointing.

Re:  Homeland I'm glad that something happened, too many shows drag out a plot point far too long.  I'm pretty sure they'll kick it into gear again real soon.

As far as Walking Dead goes yes it's great, but I do think it's kind of sucky how tame they are being compared to the graphic novel.  There have been some key changes I really think they've compromised with.  To be honest the graphic novel version makes the TV version look like Downton Abbey.

I have no idea what the comic graphic novel was like, but 99% of people always prefer the book/graphic novel because it was a big investment of time and books are pretty limitless for what they can produce. As far as television goes, I with TWD has managed to surpass my expectations of what fantasy/scifi/horror is capable of, all in a very intelligent way.

I also like True Blood, but that is mainly for boobs and swears.

Appreciating everyone being cryptic about Homeland btw, thats on my watch list, I guess Dexter might have to be on there too.

I love the Walking Dead but my missus spoilt it somewhat by asking "who's cutting the grass during the zombie apocalypse?"

sorry!

Yep.

Also wondering how Rick and T-Dog managed to stay well shaved most of the time.

And mainly wondering why nobody has said "so.....these dead guys are zombies basically?"
