Final two episodes tonight. Brilliant stuff. In two minds as to whether to watch this. On the one hand I watched The Killing and really didn't enjoy it. It dragged and was just hard work and put me off the whole Scando thing but then someone persuaded me to watch Borgen and I absolutely adored it. Given this am I likely to enjoy the Bridge or not?

hey reds,
Personally really enjoyed The Killing series 1, enjoyed the slow pace, character & psychologically driven plot.
Not watched Borgen, meant to, but somehow passed me by.
The Bridge, really is made by the two leads, Saga & Martin. Great performances. The plot is ludicrous at times, but had me hooked.

Mr Reds.
Whatever you do do not do what I did. I had heard that The Bridge was excellent and watched it and thought it dreadful. Only problem was I watched the US version and it was simply awful. I think I will try Borgen soon.

Obviously been a while since the last 24, so much so that I can only think Gale the Snail when I see Chloe. Can't wait though. I've been spoiled by discovering Breaking Bad, the Wire and the Sopranos since I last watched 24, but it remains one of my all time favourite shows. Speaking of which, nearly finished the Sopranos, currently my top list is: 1. Breaking Bad 2. The Wire 3. 24 4. Lost 5. The Sopranos (But a good final season will put it ahead of Lost)

I'm with Barry, Lost is incred!
Think mine is sitting at this presently
Friday Night Lights Sopranos Lost The Wire Breaking Bad
There are so many shows that I really, really like which don't make the top 5.

For a series that you have to watch with the wife and both will enjoy: The Good wife is decent legal drama, lots of sub plots running through the series making it intersting.
