Black Sails is pretty good.  It's the first series with pirates that I've seen (one is probably enough) but this seems to have a good story even if it's the usual pirate story of chasing treasure. Only two episodes in but am liking it so far.

I like Crime/Politics/Thriller.  Think I have seen most of all the usual ones is there any hidden gems out there in the past few years I may have missed?

The Wire is the greatest if you are yet to see that

I know you like punting on American Football, so if you haven't seen it, watch Friday Night Lights.

It's only the backdrop, but you might struggle with it if you had an intense dislike for the game.

Justified/Ray Donovan/White Collar

Seen Friday Night Lights, enjoyed it on the most part.

Justified is on my list.  Watching Donovan, I actually forgot about season 2 as I had only recently watched the first one.  Wasn't so keen on White Collar.  No meat to it, similar to Leverage.

Hi,

I missed Ep 1 of the Blacklist, but have all current episodes on sky planner.

I can't find Ep 1 on the on-Demand options, You Tube just offers dodgy looking links....anyone know where I can watch this?

Does anyone else find Gogglebox quite fascinating and really enjoyable?

My old dear watches it, and that's generally enough reason for swerving...

That said, I've seen some clips of it from the celeb version, and I did chuckle a couple times.

The whole idea I hate, but must admit I find it enjoyable everytime I walk in and its on TV.

Really dislike the two women with the takeaways, they just seem like they are showing off for the camera trying to get famous.

Ironically I really like the two gay fellas who clearly are trying to get famous.

I was a big fan of the Royle Family when it was on, which probably explains why I don't hate it.

How long before a show of people watching Gogglebox?

Not a popular view but I totally don't like Royle Family and Gogglebox can be placed in that category too.
